Learn more, or I must be out!

From November 21, 20xx to November 23, 20xx, I entered a training of Go for it in Jianyang Middle School, There were many teachers who come from different parts of Ziyang, although it rained a little and a little cold . The first day , six teachers had lessons about Unit 5 SecitonA in Grade Seven for us , all the lessons were very wonderful and had a great success. And all the teachers were very energetic, especially Miss Wen, a goung teacher who is from a village Middle School in Ziyang, She wore a sports suit to guide into the class, so that the students were interested in that class; another teacher who is from Jiangyang Middle School played a guessing game to help students practice the target words and language, it is very useful. From these lessons I found it necessary to learn more English especially spoken English, as an English teacher, we must try to use English as much as possible and we can talk to students in English if we can. But we hardly ever use English except in class. So our students don’t have a situation to use English that they have learned.

The next day, Mike, a foreign teacher from Australia, gave us a perfect lesson, from his class, I know how to teach role play

in each unit , I explained every sentence to Chinese before, and let students write some grammar notes in class , I think it’s helpful for students, but in fact , it’s hardly useful. Mike told us not to teach grammar alone, we should try to make students practice conversation more and more. They can understand grammar in situation. This reminds me of this sentence: Show me , I may not understand; tell me, I may not remember; let me try, I don’t forgot. So from now on , I must try to make situation to let students practice English they have learned!

经过这些天的培训，我感觉自己收获颇多。首先，我感觉自己很幸运，能参加这次免费未就业大学生技能培训，在这我学到了以前没有接触过的电脑和网络上的知识，知道了photoshop的用法，以及网络相关的一些知识。

现在，我才真正的认识到网络是一个大蛋糕，如果你不进行网络业务，以后就会无商可务，所以我们要更好的去学习网络相关的知识，争取在网络这个大蛋糕上，分到我们的一块。

网络的诞生使命：通过各种互联网服务提升全球人类生活品质。

让人类的生活更便捷和丰富，从而促进全球人类社会的进步。并且丰富人类的精神世界和物质世界，让人类最便捷地获取信息。找到所求，让人类的生活更快乐。

与很多人的想象相反，Internet并非某一完美计划的结果。Internet的创始人也绝不会想到它能发展成目前的规模和影响！在Internet面世之初，没有人能想到它会进入千家万户，也没有人能想到它的商业用途。

网络有利于我们形成新的思维方式。传统的思维方式是一种线性思维。网络的发展，对传统的思维是一种超越和挑战。它是一种跳跃式、非线性的思维方式。网络时代的这种思维方式改变了传统思维所固有的较狭隘、死板的弊端，有利于培养我们的发散性思维。

网络有利于我们提高自身素质。网络作为一种教育手段，具有信息量大、传播速度快、影响范围广等特征。它不仅丰富了教育内容，拓宽了教育途径，帮助大学生在宽广的环境中学习和积累知识，而且有利于大学生发展和形成个性。尤其是校园网和思想政

治工作网的建立和发展，为我们接受知识提供了更为有利的条件。

网络使得思想教育工作的社会化程度得到大大的提高。过去，传统大学思想教育往往局限在课堂教学，传统校园文化对学生的影响占主导部分。网络的出现，拆掉了学校与社会之间的围墙，把学生带入到一个更为广阔的天地，通过网络，学生了解到大千世界的各种社会现象、思想观点、文化思潮。

所以我们更应该学好网络，为自己找一份好工作努力。
