Learn from work

When I got a job in capital outlet during the national day, I knew I was on a new journey of study and indeed it was, especially when I was dealing with my paper work and communicating with consumers along with the process of running a card, which required a lot of patience and skills. I really appreciate that Capital Outlet give me the chance to learn something special which can not be obtained while in school and I’d like to say thanks to HR manager Chen and the leader of our team, Miss Ruan, who support us greatly and give us precise suggestions on work. The followings are some study insight I got while working.

A proper job is a kind of human interactions that are win-win

If there is a specific definition of proper job, I think it would be: a kind of human interactions that are win-win. That’s how I feel about this work. The company hired me to do the work which I sacrificed my holiday and effort, and in return the job reward me with not only salary but also useful experience. Being a worker, you need to be careful and patient, remembering the accurate information about the card and running a card fluently. When asking consumers to fill up a questionnaire, you need to seek for the right time and the right person. All those can be knowledge deserved to be learned for an undergraduate.

Innovation is the core of not only enterprises but also individuals.

It was a period of innovation. A saying goes: There is no end to practice or innovation. So learn to innovate is one of Capital outlet slogans and so it is the motto of stuff in Capital outlet. As for Capital outlet, we know that by virtue of powerful capital strength, resources integration

capacity and excellent commercial real estate development and operation capacity, Beijing Capital Land has been striving for strategy updating since 20xx and headed for commercial real estate industry, which created an innovative real estate mode --Capital Outlets industry complex, which make Capital Outlet competitive and energetic. As for employees, we also need innovation. Considering Capital Outlet opened a business a few months ago, the employee made the questionnaire to do a survey about service. That’s a kind of admirable innovation.

In a word, I learn a lot from the work and I would like to grow along with Capital Outlet.

暑期实践心得文员

都说天时不如地利,地利不如人和,但XX年的社会实践让我们不得不向天气低头.台风“碧利斯”让我们尽管心中有千万的不舍，还是必须得离开。也就是这样,带着莫大的遗憾结束了我们此次的社会实践,也结束了作为我们大二学生在大学中的暑期社会实践活动!

XX年x月x日,带着同样兴奋但却对实践生活少了一份好奇的心情,踏上了大学生活中的第二次实践之路。同样的时间，不同的地点,开始了我们不同的实践生活。以为去年已经经历过了十五天的实践，今年的实践跟大一学弟学妹相比，我更多了一份实际与随时准备面临各种突法困难的心情,不再那么好奇了。

好事多磨,为了15天的实践,从前期的策划准备到真正的实地开展各类活动,我们遇到的阻力不减去年.但无论如何,凭着31颗挚著的心我们还是走过来了。素质支教是我们今年遇到困难最大的一项活动。由于受政策和活动条件的限制,我们的招生规模只能不断不断地缩校尽管我们每一个支教队员心中都期望着给当地尽量多的孩子送上一个愉快而又充实的假期,但我们的能力确实有限。虽然当地政府已经给了最大程度上的支持与帮助,但客观条件确实是我们所改变不了的。作为人数最少的三年级班主任,虽然小朋友人数要比其他年级少但我们的工作量还是一样。必须要保证所有学生平平安安地来上学,高高心心地回家去。作为下乡大学生,我们不仅应该给他们带去快乐与知识,更重要的是带给他们一份安全。经过所有任课老师和我们班主任的努力，三年级小朋友最后还是收获了一个特殊的称号-乖乖班。可谁又知道三年级中同样存在着不安分地活泼金属呢?尽管实践活动结束了,但精益求精的王子,文静懂事的中国式美女,三年级的每一个学生都给我留下了深刻的印象??

作为去年优秀调研论文的获得者,今年我的任务又加重了很多。调研组组长虽然不用像其他组长一样必须随时待命,但对于自己的本职工作必须保质保量地完成。从前期的问卷设计到实地的问卷调研,还是尚未完成的最后的总结论文,都包含了所有队员的心血,尤其是深入群众的调查,面对不同的群众我们必须有

不同的态度,因为去年已经经历过一次,所以对世事的人情冷暖不再会那么愤愤地了,更多了一份接受与面对的心情。但看到同寝室的大一同学做完问卷回来那一副愤世疾俗的表情,我又似乎看到了去年的那个自己,所以说人是需要经历需要长大的!

在为期15天的实践中,结合我们“新农村”的主题,我们实践队还开展了各类活动,如现场环保书画大赛,大型法律咨询等等。都是我们保留的传统项目,但在不同的地点开展的效果却依然显著。同时结合素质支教开展的中小学生模拟法庭、演讲赛、作文赛等等,在当地也产生了一定的反响，尤其受到了家长们的好评!

但事情总不能那么十全十美,眼看我们的实践活动即将划上圆满的句号时,突如其来的台风却不得不让我们放弃花了巨大心血的告别晚会,带着千千万万的不舍离开了宋埠,结束了我们的实践生活!
