高中英语教学设计——牛津高中英语模块二Unit 1 Task

(一)教材分析、教学目标、教学重难点:

教材分析:

本文是牛津高中英语模块二第一单元Task的内容,介绍了高中英语教学设计的一个案例,应先指导学生先从书本中获取如何设计调查问卷的相关信息,再通过interview的形式进行互动交流,最后完成一个写作任务,这是培养学生获取信息、处理信息、加工信息的材料,同是也能检测学生点评: 结合本课特点,学生运用所学词汇、短语、句型,学生在真实的语言运用中,进一步巩固了本节课的学习成果。

纵观本节课,教师对教材的把握老道,教学目标定位准确;教学环节设计丝丝入扣、层层推进;听说读写训练全面、透彻;教师教学方式灵活多样,既活泼,又实用;教学活动设计面向全体学生,学生积极主动参与,主动发展。教师的教学风格已形成鲜明的特点:口头训练领先、读写及时跟进的原则贯穿始终。

StepⅠ Leading in

Ask students to read the following interview and find out the basic steps of an interview.

(Zhang Ling=Z; Mr Wang=W)

Z: Good morning, Mr Wang!

W: Good morning, Madam!

Z: Glad to see you. My name is Zhang Ling. You may address me Miss Zhang. W: Glad to meet you, Miss Zhang.

Z: You want to join our reading club, right? Ok, first, my I ask you some questions? What kind of books are you interested in most?

W: History books.

Z: Where do you often get the books?

W: Sometimes I go to bookshop to buy some new books. But more often, I spend my spare time in the library.

Z: Ok. How much do you spend on your books each year?

W: About 1,000 yuan.

Z: That’s all for the questions. Thank you so much. I’m glad to welcome you to our reading club.

W: Thanks.

? 设计意图:

这段材料是学生平时经常会接触到的interview材料,把它拿出来让学生朗读,学生不难发现一个interview应该包括以下三个方面:greeting,

introduction,questions。也很自然地引出下一个问题:如何与不同身份的人打招呼,如何做自我介绍。

? Step Ⅱ Skills building

Ask students to read the two points on Page 14 to find out how to greet a person in an appropriate manner and how to make blank-introduction.

1. Common greetings

●Greeting someone formally: Good morning/afternoon. Nice to meet you. ●Greeting a friend or classmate: Hello! Hi!

●Greeting a stranger: Good morning/afternoon/evening. Excuse me, sir/madam. Hello.

2. Common introductions

●I’m … (your name) from … (your school/club/company). I’d like to ask you a few questions about your opinions/application/new book.

●My name is … (your name). I’m from … (your school/club/company). I’d like to ask you a few questions if you don’t mind. It’s for/to … (the purpose of asking the questions).

? 设计意图:

让学生了解在进行一个interview之前和对方打招呼应当根据对方的身份适当改变打招呼的方式,了解几种常见的打招呼的方式以及自我介绍的方式。 ? Step Ⅲ Conducting an interview

Ask students to work in pairs and conduct an interview according to the instructions on Page 14.

? 设计意图:

⑴教师解释相关词汇,为进行interview扫除障碍。

⑵提供真实情景让学生进行口语交流,发展学生与人合作沟通的能力。

? Step Ⅳ Learning about rules for constructing a good questionnaire Ask students to read the rules on Page 12.

1. Ask one piece of information at a time.

2. Use short and simple sentences.

3. Avoid negative sentences.

4. Use precise language.

5. Give specific references.

6. Make sure people have the necessary knowledge to answer.

? 设计意图:

⑴学生已经通过interview体验了如何从他人处获取信息,但是很多时候需要收集大量信息,这就要求学生了解如何通过设计调查问卷收集更多信息。

⑵通过阅读书上的六个要点,学生了解如何设计一份高质量的调查问卷,培养学生获取信息的能力。

? (三)作业设计及设计思想

1.Ask the students to do the exercise on Page 12.

? 设计意图:

让学生指出所给的问题不符合以上哪一个规则,旨在让学生巩固问卷设计的注意点。

2.Ask students to listen to the tape and correct the inappropriate statements in the given questionnaire and add two statements as required. ? 设计意图:

⑴训练学生的听力技能。

⑵体验如何设计一份调查问卷。
