like to thank for the help from the leaders and colleagues.

We strongly carried out this arrangement, while in spare time, I also took the initiative to learn more knowledge for doing some simple tasks such as printing drawings, accepting and delivering documents, organizing documents for the senior employees around. Take advantage of these opportunities, I quickly adapted to the new company's environment and also learned the company's various design documents, the direction of the design process.

I take up this work as a seller, which is both familiar and strange to me. Much difference from work, this position is not only interesting but also full of challenges. Because things are not in your hands and sometimes out of control, while if you could try to grasp buying point of customers, you would gain the upmost accomplishment. This is totally what I have felt and my eternal pursuit.

several months accumulation(with colleagues’ help) makes me more mature both in attitude and personality. Every success would bring me a little more confidence; every encouragement would make me happy all day long; every positive smile in leader's eyes would make me more staunch. I would like to face the challenges and I am pleasant to conquer any obstacles in work, in which process my potential seems to be unleashed. I like this kind of sensation and also I hope to win the friendship of all the colleagues.

I like the collective activities very much, everyone would enjoy the happiness without bothering fussy work. While if we could play together more other than playing seperately, I guess it would be better for our solidarity and friendship.

Our CEO Mr. zhai gave us the best wishes: our company will become better than before.Finally, according to the public vote, three annual outstanding staffs were selected.The company development closely relies on employee’s activity, efforts and persistence. Hope every employee can keep up the good work in the New Year and make joint efforts for the common brilliance.To be most convincing, it is important that you show your abilities and the team's capabilities.Write the executive summary. I have became familiar with my experimental environment and learned varieties of knowledges related with the project.Thanks for my manager ,she have taught me so much things in the work.And I will try my best to work hard in the future.Nowadays ,I was a young worker in the company,but I will learn more technology about the real estate. In the future,I will find out the experiences and lessons, leads to awareness of the law to guide future work and practical application of a cultural and sports activities.month-end summary of the past month include: an overview of the situation; achievements and experience; problems and lessons; direction in the future. ??

A chain is no stronger than its weakest link. So adversity is a good discipline. All things are difficult before they are easy.When we are in trouble,we should believe where there is a will,there is a way.At the beginning of 2012,our CEO tell us, as a member of our company, We should do better than last year. Nowadays,I am not only a student,but also a Social people who required to accumulate experience.During the past three months, I was inquisitive and tried hard to improve myself. I aggressively finished the assignment given by the manager, while studying specification related house property management to so as to prepare for future work.Meanwhile, I seized any opportunity to learn from the predecessors who participate in the project of housing design . In this way, the theory of real estate and ability of practice and application had been greatly improved. Besides, I was able to tidy the Property material.

I believe 2012 will be my lucky year. I will live my life and do my job with enthusiasm and vibrant spirit. Try to bring the profit to company and meanwhile enrich myself with knowledge.
