⑤如果是辅导员助理,会更早组织过去准备一些事情,通常是开学没几天就要过去了,叫什么组展事务,好像主要是负责参展商那块的,刚才上面提到的主要都是针对采购商方面的。春哥就是做这个的,大家也可以去问问他。

2、非业务岗

非业务岗通常就是证件服务中心,就是#b@2。每个采购商进展馆都需要有采购商或者参展商证,而#b@2中心就是办采购商证的。#b@2的工作也分为两种,一是驻在广交会展馆里的#b@2点,这是大部队;二是会有小部分驻在一些指定酒店,通常是客商住的酒店,到时候上班就是直接到酒店的。

参观广交会

今天 我们很高兴带领英国客人到广交会来参观,我代表广交会所有工作人员向朋友们表示热烈欢迎。

首先我向朋友们简单介绍一下广交会的情况,然后我们领大家进行参观,参观完后我们还安排一个15分钟的录像节目,向大家全面介绍一下我们广东省近年来的对外经贸发展情况,大家看这个安排怎么样?

下面我们就先简单介绍一下广交会的情况。

广交会的全名是中国出口商品交易会。从19xx年开始创办,每年春、秋两季。广交会展馆场地面积共14万多平方米,馆内配备各种现代化设施。 每届到会的客商有4万多人次,来自五大洲120多个国家和地区,每年两届出口成交总额达110亿美元以上,展销的商品多达5万多种,不仅有各行各业的名、优、特产品,还包括先进的高科技商品。广交会的业务范围以洽谈出口为主,也包括一些进口,技术进出口、中外经济技术交流,国际信托投资,中外合资,进出口商检、保险和广告等,贸易方式也采取多种形式,开展了以进带出、易货贸易、招标贸易,接受客商来样来图来料加工贸易。

在广交会上,同我国成交的国家越来越多,不仅有西欧、美加、日本、港澳等发达地区和国家的客商,还有东欧、非洲、拉美、台湾等国家和地区的客商,大大促进了我国同世界各国各地区的贸易和合作关系。

世界上有不少国家元首都曾参观过广交会。几乎每届交易会都有一些国际组织和一些国家政界,贸易界知名人士到会参观。广交会40多年的历程表明她是有中国特色,符合中国对外贸易实际的,是中国同世界各国、各地区进行贸易行之有效的方式。

On the Guangzhou Trade Fair

First of all, on behalf of the staff members of the Fair, I'd like to extend a very warm welcome to our friends from Britain, who have come here this morning.

I'll give you a short briefing about the Fair and then will take you around the Fair. After that, there will be a 15-minute video show on the recent development of trade and economics of Guangdong Province. If this plan is all right with you, I'll now begin the brief introduction to the Guangzhou Trade Fair.

The full name of the Fair is The Chinese Export Commodities Fair. It was inaugurated in

1957 and has since been held twice a year in Guangzhou, regularly in spring and autumn. Modernized as it is now in facility, with a floor space of over 140,000 square metres, the Fair is visited in every session by more than 40,000 business people from over 120 countries and regions of the world. And it does both import and export business to the amount of 11 billion USD on a yearly basis (that is, two sessions). The samples on display represent over 50,000 varieties of commodities available for export from the Fair. These export items not only include famous brands and specialties from different parts of China, but also high-tech products as well. The Fair mainly does export business, though import business is also involved. More specifically, the Fair also puts on its agenda the import and export of technology, the economic and technological exchanges, the international trust and investment, Sino-foreign joint ventures, the inspection of import & export commodities, insurance and advertising. Apart from what has

been mentioned above, the Fair is also known for its flexible way of doing business. Import against export, barter trade, invitations of tender, toll processing as per the clients' technical drawings, samples or materials, etc. are of common practice.

As more and more people come to visit the Fair, not only from West Europe, the United States, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong and Macao, where economies are highly developed, but also from the East European countries, Africa, Latin America, Taiwan, etc. the trade volume of the Fair has increased from year to year and it has in this respect greatly promoted our trade and cooperation with various countries and regions of the world. Over the years Government heads of many countries have visited the Fair on different stages of the Fair's development, and almost every session is visited by many international organizations, or well known figures from the business world of different countries and regions. The experience of the Fair's 35 years clearly shows that the Guangzhou Trade Fair conforms to the reality of China's foreign trade, and, having the Chinese unique features; it is an effective form by which China conducts her foreign trade. So much for the introduction, now I'll show you around and I'm willing to answer any questions you may ask while we are touring the fair.
