电工工作小结

在过去的一年中,在公司领导的帮助带领下,经过了同事的共同奋斗,和经过了自己的积极努力,作为员工的我顺利的完成了自己的工作。在岁末之际,我应该就一年以来的工作做一下认真的总结。总结自己在过去一年的得与失,总结一年以来的酸甜苦辣,总结自己明年该如何去做的更好。以下便是我对自己今年的工作总结:

一.工作态度,思想工作。

我热衷于本职工作,严以律己,遵守各项厂规制度,严格要球自己,摆正工作位置,时刻保持“谦虚,谨慎,律己”的工作态度,在领导的关心培养和同事们的帮助下,始终勤奋学习,积极进取,努力提高自我,始终勤奋工作,认真完成任务,履行好岗位的职责。坚持理想,坚定信念。不断加强学习,牢固自己的工作技术!

二.采油机调试,工作领悟。

每一个好的员工都应对自己的工作认识清晰,熟悉和熟练自己的工作。要有对柴油机原理的了解,也要有对发生故障的应变能力,完成领导给予的各项任务。但由于自己的能力有限,不能做到一丝不差,所以自己在工作过程中也有许多不足和缺点,对机器的原理和工作技巧还稍欠缺,但这些会让我更加努力的工作,谦虚谨慎的向别人学习,尽可能提高自己的工作能力,使自己在自己的岗位上发挥到最大的作用,更快更效率的完成自己的本职工作,也能使公司获得做大的效益,这样我的做的和收获的也能达到一个平衡,使我更加有动力,更有自信的工作。

和其他同事的人际关系也很重要,因为一个人的能力有限,每件事的成功都是靠集体的智慧,所以和同事们团结在一起才是成功完成领导交给的工作任务的前提,这一点不仅仅事工作,平时的生活中也事如此,所以团结其他同事不仅是个人的事也是一种工作的义务!我会履行我的义务,锻炼培养自己的交际能力。

三.回顾过去,展望未来

对于过去的得与失,我会汲取有利的因素强化自己的工作能力,把不利的因素在自己以后的工作中排除,一年的工作让我在成为一名合格的职工道路上不断前进,我相信通过我的努力和同事的合作,以及领导们的指导,我会成为一名优秀的员工,充分发挥我的社会能力,也感谢领导给我这一个合适的工作位置,让我能为社会做出自己该有的贡献。

一年来,我做的已经是最好了,我相信在今后的工作中,我还是会继续不断的努力下去。虽然一年以来,我的工作还是有所瑕疵,不过这是无法避免的,因为谁也不是圣人,出错是在所难免的,所以我不会过多的苛求自己。不过我相信,只要我在岗位上一天,我就会做出自己最大的努力,将自己所有的精力和能力用在工作上,相信自己一定能够做好!

 新型通信移动基站智能通风控制系统

浅谈S7-200PLC在智能通风系统的应用

一.应用背景

       信息的时代已经到来,人类社会对沟通的需求不断增加,通信服务提供商(SP/ISP)扩大网络的投入,增加网络的覆盖,从而以期达到任何时间、任何地点、可与任何人沟通的效果。运营公司的移动基站、接入网站、模块局的数量不断增大,特别是移动基站的数量增加非常迅猛。基站智能通风系统即可以独立工作,也可以通过RS485总线或者GPRS无线方式和动力监控模块连接,通过不同的传输网络将数据上传到监控中心,本系统主要是以提高空调的运作效率,利用自动通风调温原理,从而来节能,以达到降低运营成本的目的。

为了节约,绝大多数的移动基站均采用无人值守,但这些通信基站里的各种电子设备,是需要在一定的温度环境下(基站环境国家标准GB50174-93规定长年基站温度为18℃~28℃),才能长期正常地运行,为了达到基站标准的环境温度,每个通信基站均配备了两台左右的空调,而这些空调长年处于开机状态,目前的状况是:

1.1.  基站电费支出增大

根据一个地区移动通信分公司资料统计显示,20##年138个基站电费支出为212万元人民币,20##年238个基站电费支出超过580万元人民币,平均每个基站基站的电费支出增加了58%。


1.2.  基站空调电费支出所占比例较大

根据资料统计分析,平均每个基站空调的电费支出约占整个基站电费支出的54%左右,空调成为基站基站中的主要用电设备。


1.3.  基站空调用电浪费现象较为严重

? 目前基站空调大多被设置为制冷20℃,或者自动24℃,由于基站是无人值守,很多基站空调全年开启,浪费的现象较为严重。

? 而根据电子设备运行的相关国家规范规定,一般基站长年温度应保持在18℃~28℃以内,湿度10%—90% ,基站空调若与我公司生产的安全智能通风系统配套联动使用,节能的空间很大。

? 空调的电能消耗对通讯运营公司来说,是一笔很大的开支。在我国绝大多数地区,很多时间段内的自然常温就能满足电子设备正常运行的温度要求,或者仅需一台空调间歇工作就能满足这些电子设备正常运行的温度要求。

? 基于上述原因,我们采用国际先进的控制理论技术,依据国际基站通用标准和电器设备可靠安全运行的最佳环境的长期试验报告数据,研发设计出基站智能通风系统,该系统在具有基站节能功能的同时,还具有可靠的安全报警功能和完善的联网功能。

2.系统的组成:

智能通风系统主要是由主控机箱、进气装置(进气扇)、排气装置(排气扇),室内外温度探测器、室内外湿度探测器、防雨透风口、交流互感器、交流接触器、滤尘装置、安装配件线缆等组成。

 3.控制要求:

      因考虑西藏的天气特征:西藏地处高原地区,海拔高、气温低、昼夜温差大;降水少,地区差异大;太阳光照强,日照时间长,自然环境恶劣,其特殊的地理环境和气候条件对现有移动通信设备的要求已超出相关技术规范和标准的范围,因此高原气候对车内环境的影响也是一个值得探讨的问题.气候特点低气压、缺氧。大气压力及大气含氧量相当于平原的60%左右;在沿线最高海拔 5 072m的唐古拉山口,大气压力及含氧量分别为 54.4 kPa和165 g/仅相当于平原的54%左右.阳光辐射强。青藏高原日照时间长,太阳辐射照度远大于平原地区,属高紫外辐射区。平均气温低、日较差大。青藏高原年均气温0℃以下,极端高温为25~26℃,极端低温为一45~一36℃,海拔4500m以上区域夏季最高气温低于0℃。一天中的最大温差达22℃.相对湿度小、风速大。


4.工作流程:

 

1.电加热工作条件:

当室内温度小于等于5度时,开始电加热系统工作。并发出报警声。大于等于8度时停止电加热系统。

2.风机工作条件:

当室内温度大于等于15度时,先启动排风扇并启动定时器T37,延时30秒后启动进气扇。在进气扇启动后并启动定时器T38,延时30秒,为下一步开启主空调准备。当温度小于等于14度时排风扇与进气扇停机,并复位定时器。

3.主空调开启的条件:

当进气扇启动30秒后,温度大于等于25度时启动主空调,并启动定时器T39,延时1分钟,为备用空调启动做准备,当温度小于等于24度时主空调停机,并复位定时器。

4.备用空调开启的条件:

当室内温度大于等于30度,且主空调开机后1分钟,启动备用空调,并发出报警声。温度小于等于29度时,停止备用空调

当急停SB4和停止SB2按钮均未接通时,按下启动SB1按钮运行指示,并自锁,停止指示复位,当按下急停或停止时,运行指示复位,停止指示置位,按SB3高温报警与低温报警停止。

EPS容量计算方法:

1. 当负载为电子镇流器日光灯,EPS容量=电子镇流器日光灯功率之和×1.1倍;

2. 当负载为电感镇流器日光灯,EPS容量=电感镇流器日光灯功率之和×1.5倍;

3. 当负载为金属卤化物灯或金属钠灯,EPS容量=金属卤化物灯或金属钠灯功率 之和×1.6倍。

4.当EPS带多台电动机且都同时启动时,EPS容量=带变频启动电动机功率之和+带软启动电动机功率之和×3倍+带Y/△启动电动机之和×4倍+直接启动电动机之和×7倍;

5. 当EPS带多台电动机且都分别单台启动时,EPS容量=各个电动机功率之和,但必须满足以下条件:

(1) 电动机直接启动的最大的单台电动机功率是EPS容量的1/7;

(2) Y/△启动的最大的单台电动机功率是EPS容量的1/4;

(3) 软启动的最大的单台电动机功率是EPS容量的1/3;

 (4) 变频启动的最大的单台电动机功率不大于EPS的容量;

EPS电池容量计算(以应急时间)

1:计算电流

Ia=EPS(功率)W÷[n(电池节数)×10.8V(电池放电截止电压)]

2:计算电池容量

AH=Ia×H

例如:10KW 后备时间90分钟为例   Ia = 10000÷16节×10.8V =57.8A

         AH = 57.8A×1.5H =86.7AH (90AH 16节)
