B: Good morning, my name is LeiXuan. I’m 26 years old. I come from Xi’an. A:What's your major? When did you graduate?

B: My major is Urban Planning, I got my master degree this year, and I’m pursuing my doctoral degree.

A:Can you tell me why do you want to be a teacher?

B: when I was a child, I dreamed to be a teacher, after accepting the postgraduate education, I found my interest area and the direction of my research. So, I hope to stay in the university and continue my academic research, and share my knowledge and experience to more students.

A:Do you have any teaching experience?

B: yes I have, but not so much. I’m teaching in a college right now.

A:Which course do you want to teach?

B: Because my research is about Chinese city history, I want to teach courses about the development history of chinses city.

A:Are you familiar with our school?

B:I’m afraid not.

Our school was founded in 1895, the civil engineering, architecture and environmental sciences leads the nation, There are 4 Chinese Academy of engineering, schools wish to introduce talents in recent years, improving the overall level of discipline, especially in architecture and urban planning.There are many younger teachers come,so the competition is more fiercely in these years.
