招聘启事

因工作需要，铁西办事处环境综合整治部门面向社会招聘临时工作人员5名，具体招聘事宜如下：

一、招聘原则

坚持德才兼备的用人标准，贯彻公开、平等、竞争、择优的原则。通过面向社会，公开报名，统一面试，择优聘用。

二、招聘条件

1、初中以上学历，年龄在35周岁以下，男性；

2、遵守宪法和法律，具有良好的品行；

3、身体健康，具备正常履行岗位职责的身体条件。

4、诚信敬业、踏实肯干、自律能力强，富有团队协作精神；

5、有一定的文字写作能力和口头表达能力，有较强的组织、管理、协调能力；

6、有下列情形之一的，不得应聘：凡受到党纪、政纪处分期限未满或者正在接受纪律审查的人员；受刑事处罚期限未满或者正在接受司法调查尚未做出结论的人员；不能自觉听从组织领导与安排的。

（一）报名

1、报名时间：20xx年2月15日至2月20日

2、报名地点：铁西办事处劳动保障所

3、报名有关事项：应聘人员应如实提供居民身份证、户口本、毕业证原件及复印件、个人简历、两张近期免冠一寸照片。采取现场报名。

（二）面试

报名结束后，根据报名情况统一组织面试。根据面试成绩择优录取。面试时间另行通知。

五、人员管理及待遇

（一）人员管理

1、聘用人员试用期3个月；试用期满后，经考核合格的签定正式用工合同；

2、聘用人员的管理按机关临时人员管理。

（二）相关待遇

1、试用期工资 1200元/月；正式聘用后按规定办理五险。

2、如临时交办工作且工作量较大时，给予临时工作补贴。
