各位老师大家好，今天很高兴能和大家一起参加这个“初中英语青年教师教学能力培训”活动。首先我要感谢两位执教老师给我们带来了两堂精彩的展示课，还要感谢董老师和王老师给了我这样一个和大家一起探讨英语课堂教学的机会。下面我就从如何构建有效的英语课堂方面来评析一下郝菲老师的这节课，说得不正确的地方还请大家批评指正。

一堂英语课的教学通常分为五个环节，他们是课前准备——导入新课——主题探究——复习巩固——布置作业。

一． 课前准备是提高课堂教学有效性的前提。 

随着教学实践的开展和教学理论研究的深入。人们认识到，教学过程不仅仅发生在课堂上，因此现代教学论认为，课堂教学环节应该相应地向课前及课后延伸。而课前的准备，包括对教材的理解，（以两大城市比较为主题，方位表达、数量表达，形容词的比较级等语言现象。）使用哪些教学方法和教学手段更适合这节课的教学内容（她使用了视频导入、问题导入、图片导入、生活导入），什么形式更符合这一年龄段学生的生理和心理特点（多媒体演示，小组活动、游戏操练、模仿表演），寻找和挖掘哪些有用的课程资源（介绍上海的视频、桐乡本土图片、贴近学生生活的照片、综艺节目中的砸金蛋游戏形式）等等。大家有目共睹，为提高这堂课的教学有效性郝老师课前做了大量的准备。

二、新课导入是提高课堂教学有效性的基础。

俗话说：良好的开端是成功的一半。一节课课题的导入与该课的教学效果有着密切的联系。在教学中，新课的导入是很重要的一个环节，本堂课郝老师利用了

1.视频导入法。

七年级学生活泼好动，且善于接受新事物。因此，为了激发学生对英语课堂内容的兴趣和拓展课堂信息的容量，老师利用了视频具有集图形、声音、动作为一体的特点，播放了一段关于上海的视频，这一导入是根据既定的教学目标来精心设计的，没有游离于教学内容之外。上海是一座大都市，离我们一些学生的实际生活较为遥远，学生缺乏对这方面的感性认识。于是郝老师根据对学生的预想和对教学的需求对教材进行了解读，重构和再加工、再创造。这个有关上海信息的视频既包涵了课本教学内容的一些信息，也有对教学内容的必要补充。并且这种导入方式也让上海这座城市的信息变得更加的直观，具体，激起了学生了解这座城市的强烈兴趣，吸引了他们的注意力。紧跟着再提出相关的思考问题，为接下来的教学做了很好的铺垫。

2. 巧用图片法

把英语单词同实物或情景直接联系，增强语言的真实性、形象感，易于调动和保持学生的学习兴趣。特别是对于英语学习初级阶段的学生，采用直观教学，使学生一开始就把实物与英语直接联系起来，获得一个直观印象。如一张桐乡的照片就让hometown这个单词云淡风轻了。一张地图就让抽象的方位单词通俗易懂了。利用两幅图片的对比来呈现形容词的比较级，让抽象的语法知识点变得既客观具体又贴近学生的生活，加强了词汇和语法知识点呈现的直观性。

3.生活资源导入法

学生是教学的主体，教学活动的有效性要通过学生的学习来体现。贴近学生生活的教学资源容易引起学生的兴趣和共鸣，有利于积极调动学生的思维活动。郝老师的词汇和语法教学导入都利用了桐乡这一本土教学资源，这些导入设计都从学生的实际出发，符合七年级学生的生理和心理的特点，受到了学生的关注和欢迎，让学生倍感亲切。大大提高了这节课词汇和语法教学的有效性。

三、 主题探究与强化巩固的完美结合是提高课堂教学有效性的核心与关键。

“这堂课最大的亮点就是围绕教学主题，在多样化的活动中学和练，学中有练，练中有学，新授与巩固融为一体。在教授新知识的过程中巩固，在强化巩固的过程中授新。

1.这堂课以模仿促进巩固

模仿是基础，英语学习必须从模仿开始的。

 “从心理学角度来说，初中学生具有活泼、好动、乐于参与、模仿性强的特点。因此，郝老师在教学中充分创设教学情景，抓住一切可以让学生模仿的机会，尽量做到“能听的让他们听、能看的让他们看、能听的让他们听”，引导学生积极主动的模仿——模仿着去读、模仿着去说、模仿着去写。通过模仿使学生进入英语学习的最佳状态并获取英语课程的基本知识与基本技能，为学生的进一步纵深发展奠定良好的基础。

2．这堂课以表演强化巩固

角色朗读，pair work 展示表演都锻炼了学生的胆量，激励学生敢于在大众面前开口说话，克服心理障碍，增强自信心，提高交际能力。还体现了师生之间，生生之间相互尊重、互动合作、学习交流的双边活动。师生之间的情感交流，教学双方都热情投入，主动参与，师生双方情感交流融洽，课堂气氛便轻松、和谐，加深了彼此的情感。 

       3. 这堂课以游戏优化巩固

实践表明，游戏就是调动学生英语学习兴趣的最有效的方法之一。

在课堂上假设、想象某种交际情境，用英语进行模拟言语活动，便是英语教学中的游戏。砸金蛋的小游戏集趣味性和竞争性于一体，激发了学生的参与热情与表达热情。

四． 作业布置

本堂课的作业布置具有开放性和拓展性。这节课的作业设计是指以“课本知识”为基本点，以“与之相关的知识”为拓展内容，要去了解城市的信息，才能完成今天的作业，具有一定的开放性。每个学生喜欢的城市不同，原因也不同，这个作业能体现出学生的个性。

这节课是一节听说课，它以方位及形容词的比较级等语言现象来开展教学活动的。以两大城市的比较为主题。郝老师的这堂课活动形式多样化，活动层次梯度化，采用了多样化的方法。如小组讨论，角色扮演、模仿、游戏、竞赛等方法。并且整堂的参与不只是一种形式，她让所有的学生都充分的加入到活动当中去，强调语言的交际功能，这堂课处处彰显出了英语教学的有效性。 

值得商榷的地方：当学生没有沿着老师的思路时，可以借助肢体语言来暗示，让他顺利过渡到你导的方向上来。

一些课程资源可以借机再利用，再挖掘，达到课程资源利用最大化。

输出部分表格和example 如果同时展现会降低输出的难度,照顾到基础薄弱的学生。

吴老师这堂英语课，清晰实在、扎实系统、动静结合，教师以新课程理念为指导，充分考虑了学生年龄阶段的特点，在教学中，注重根据学生的基础，去挖掘他们原有的知识资源，能够使学生在认知领域中掌握英语；在情感领域中激励情意；在智育领域中发展智力，这是一堂成功精彩的英语课。

在本课的教学设计和组织上注重了以下几个方面。

一、教师有意识地帮助学生形成适合自己的学习策略，采用科学的途径，提高学习效率。良好的开头对一堂课的成功与否，起着关键的作用。本堂课一开始，教师就用TPR活动导入新课，在活动中学，取代了过去机械的操练，使学生的注意力在最短的时间里被激活，接着教师利用游戏引出新词教学，自然有效，分散了本课的难点。老师教得容易，学生学的轻松，提高了实效性。

二、教师充分利用现代教育技术，开发英语教学资源，拓宽学生学习渠道，改进学生学习方式。这节课教学流程自然，思维活跃，而且老师给了学生一些空间，让学生充分发挥想象。教师的教学方法灵活，新单词呈现形式多样。应该说整堂课中，教师在引入新词时，都是比较新颖而又自然，而且具有生活化的。教师还注意利用多媒体和实物，多媒体的利用，以及图片、卡片、身体语言、表情动作等教学资源的有效运用，创设讲解、操练和运用英语的情景，引发学生极大的兴趣。张老师能贯彻以学生为中心的原则，关注教学过程，尽可能发挥学生的主体作用，让学生真实的去感受知识，体验知识，积极参与，努力实践，在活动中学会用语言表达交流，较好的体现了从不懂到懂，从不会到会，从不熟练到熟练的过程。

三、教学活动的设计丰富多彩，效果显著。训练方式多样，有全班活动、师生互动、小组活动、双人活动、个人活动等，在活动中突破难点，在活动中发展能力。教师为了巩固本课的内容，精心设计了多个活动：有歌曲、谜语、游戏，内容非常丰富，不但使单词、句型的操练面广，练习次数多，而且还调动了每一个学生的参与热情。将热闹的形式与有效的语言实践有机结合。在英语课中，活动的设计和开展还应该有利于学生学习英语知识，发展语言技能，从而提高学生的综合运用语言的能力。英语课堂的活动应该以语言运用为落脚点，本堂课上，老师很好的贯彻了“在用中学，学中用，学用结合，学以致用”的原则。同时体现了以学生为主体，教师为主导的新课程理念。在这样的一个学习过程中，学习者处于相对自然的态势，不断的在学习和使用语言，学和用每分每秒都和谐的交织在一起。

四、教师注重评价，有益于学生认识自我、树立自信老师的多维评价方式，达到激励学生爱学、善学的目的，从表扬用语上：good, very good, clever, super,excellent, cool….再有设置了很多奖品，鼓励学生踊跃参与，课堂气氛非常活跃，而陈老师恰恰使用了不断发展的评价体系，更关注每个个体的进步和多方面的发展潜能，帮助学生有效调控自己的学习过程，使学生获得成就感，并培养学生间的合作意识。

本课中值得探讨的地方：

1、本堂课中，老师在布置任务前或句型操练前，未能起到很好的示范作用，导致学生操练时场面有些混乱。

2、教师语言不是很丰富。其实这也是我们较多老师的一个毛病。我们说当我们老师有足够多的input（输入）的时候，学生才能有output（输出）。这可能就需要我们老师平时多多进行阅读,丰富自己的课外知识。

Then if you’re sure the road is clear, it’s safe to cross the road. You shouldn’t go across the road if the traffic light is red. If we ride at night, we should ride slowly and use bike lights or wear light-colored clothes. It’s very kind to help the children, the old people or the blind people to cross the street.

But I don’t like math t all. I think it’s difficult and boring.

After school, I often play basketball with my classmates. It’s my favorite outdoor activity. Sometimes I swim in the swimming pool. Sometimes I draw pictures with my good friends. Every Tuesday and Thursday, I go to the school library.

My teachers are very friendly to me. And I get along well with my classmates. I like my school life very much.
