关于举办石狮市沿海五镇片区20xx年小学英语课堂教学评优

活动的通知

为进一步落实《英语课程标准》的精神，探索符合小学英语课堂教学的有效方法，体现教师在课堂教学方面的经验、成果和学生学习方式的革新与转变，加强沿海五镇片区教师之间的学习和交流，根据市教师进修学校《关于举办石狮市20xx年小学英语课堂教学评优活动的通知》的精神，决定举办石狮市沿海五镇片区20xx年小学英语课堂教学评优活动。现将有关事项通知如下：

一、活动时间：20xx年3月19-20日（周三至周四）

二、活动地点：永宁中心小学

三、活动内容：

1．课题：四年级：四下Unit 9 Hot Soup 五年级：五下Unit 9 Day and night

2．沿海五镇各选送2节课参赛（四年级、五年级各一节）。届时将选出四年级、五年级各一节第一名的课参加市赛。各中心校请于3月15日前报送参赛课题至高老师邮箱里（423825339@qq.com）

四、相关事项：

1．抽签情况：考虑到校间距离较远，由永宁镇中心校根据所报课题安排决定。

2．届时请参赛教师上交参评课教案一式8份。

教案要求：

▲A4纸双面打印，不编写页码

▲教案用回形针分开，不用订书钉装订

▲英语用Times New Roman小四号，汉字字体用宋体五号，行距17）。

3．各沿海片区各选派2名教学经验丰富的英语老师担任评委。评委老师的姓名请于3月15日连同课题报送给高老师。

4．本次活动采用借班上课的形式，每节课为40分钟。

5．参赛教师可提前熟悉学生（15分钟）。

6．建议各单位安排人员对本单位选送课进行录像。

五、评选方法

1．教学设计和课件占20%，课堂教学占80%。

2．本次活动将评出一等奖5名、二等奖5名。

六、注意事项

1．各单位可派英语教师前往永宁中心小学观摩学习。

2．请与会教师注意交通安全，差旅费回原单位报销。

（ 因永宁中心小学每个年段只有四个班级，若选择的参赛课题相同，便需要将四个班级折分成五个班级（每班大约37-38人），又因地处农村，学生的英语学习能力参差不齐，若在比赛过程中，给参赛老师的教学造成不便的话，敬请体谅！）

February 24, 2009 There will be an English lecture on the importance of English learning by Professor White from Beijing University. It will be given in the stadium from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30p.m., on Friday, February 27. All the students are expected to attend it on time. After the lecture, please go back to your classrooms and have a discussion on the report. Every student is asked to make a plan for learning English well.
