第五章写作

(一)考纲浏览

A级考试大纲对写作部分的测试要求、测试形式和测试目的做了以下具体说明：

1.测试要求

能给一篇应用性文字(摘要、通告、信函、简历表、申请书、协议书等)翻译或写作。

2.测试形式

(1)测试形式为主观题。

(2)总题数为1题。

(3)考试时间为25分钟。

3.测试目的

测试考生套写、书写、填写或翻译应用性短文、信函，填写英文表格及其他简短的实用性文字的能力。

(二)命题趋势

纵观历年写作真题，不难发现A级考试的写作部分主要注重考查商务类题材的文章，而且写作的基本内容和要求都会在题目中给出，考生要做的就是按照提示和要求来完成具体的写作任务。

其中商务信函又包括咨询信、投诉信、询价信和邀请信等形式。为了方便考生参考，下面将对考试中涉及的各种类型及格式予以简单介绍。

1.商务信函

由表l中不难看出商务信函是写作考查中比较重要的形式，12次考试中有6次的写作内容属于商务信函。而阅卷者会从格式和内容等方面考查。格式是造成该部分丢分的原因之一，例如：

(1)要求写目期时漏写日期或日期格式不对。

(2)署名后不应该有任何标点符号，而很多考生习惯点上句号。

(3)结束语与署名写在同一行。

(4)Yours写成Your。

(5)结束语后不加逗号。

造成上述现象的另一重要原因是考生对整体内容的把握能力不强：文体运用不得体。比如对于非常正式的情景却使用非正式的句子结构和用词。

(三)应试指导

为了能在写作上取得好的成绩，在完成写作试题的时候，考生需要注意以下几个步骤：

1.审题

首先应确定采用的文体：商务信函，电子邮件，征稿启事，招聘广告还是通知。如果是商务信函，是什么类型的商务信函：投诉信还是咨询信等。从历年考题来看，以上几种文体均有涉及，其中商务信函占比重稍大。然后，应确定写作重点，明确题目要求写什么内容，字数要求是多少，格式要求是正式还是非正式等。

2.构思

构思是对审题的进一步延伸。由于写作类型主要是以商务信函为主，因此，考生应考虑如何突出文章的写作要求。一般来说，文章要围绕写作要求的内容和格式，将要点一个不漏地构思好。

3.动笔

在实际写作过程中，尽可能用自己有把握的词语和熟练运用的句型来表达思想。此外，一定要注意语言简洁，表达合理，条理清晰，格式正确，不要遗漏任何写作要求中提到的要点。

4.修改完善

文章写完后要仔细检查修改。可从三个方面入手：

(1)从全局进行检查，主要是文章的格式、内容是否符合题目要求。语气是否适当，态度是否真诚，同时要避免遗漏任何要点。总之，要确保文章传达的信息具体、鲜明。

(2)局部检查，即段落层次上的检查。检查的重点是，段内各句衔接是否紧凑，语义是否连贯，要避免使用含有歧义的句子以及使用不必要的重复等。

(3)语言方面进行检查，即句子层面的检查。主要检查句子是否完整、语句是否通顺、有无重大语法错误(主谓是否一致，时态、语态、语气运用是否正确等)。

(4)检查标点、大小拼写是否符合写作规范等。

总之，修改后的文章应符合商务写作的7C要求：即Courtesy(礼貌)，Consideration(体谅)，Completeness(完整)，Clarity(清楚)，Conciseness(简洁)，Concreteness(具体)和Correctness(正确)。
