In the twenty-first Century, computer has become an essential tool for daily work, however its electromagnetic radiation users will bring health harm. So how to prevent and reduce the electromagnetic radiation is computer user should be paid great attention. There have been reported in the literature of electromagnetic radiation on the human body five impacts: One, the electromagnetic radiation is the main inducement of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer . Two, the electromagnetic radiation damages human reproductive system, nervous system and immune system. Three, the electromagnetic radiation is the factor of pregnant woman abortion, infertility, birth defects and other lesions induced. Four, the electromagnetic radiation directly effects on bone development, and result in decreased vision. Even though it has so much harm, but we will always use it. So we have to do some necessary measures to protect ourselves. Here are some measures: First, we must maintain the proper posture(the distance between eyes and the screen should be 40~50 cm),so we can mild downward gaze screen. Avoid to operate the computer too long, and pay attention to have a break. The second, when using the computer, to adjust the brightness of the screen, in general, the brightness of the screen is bigger, the electromagnetic radiation is stronger, and more and more small. However, not too dark, so as to avoid the brightness is too small, because it is easy to cause eye fatigue. The third we should pay attention to nutrition. Computer operator should eat more carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, bean, red dates, oranges and milk, animal liver, lean meat and other food, to supplement the body of vitamin A and protein. And drinking some tea will be beneficial to the absorption and resistance to radioactive substances. The last we should put one or two pots of plants indoor. Plants may reduce computer radiation, and delay senility. Although we cannot eliminate computer harm to us, but we can do what we can do to protect ourselves.
