我是学生会的副主席张贺龙，借我院学生会换届之际，我申请担任学生会主席一职，我怀着一颗赤诚的心和对事业的执著追求，渴望更好的锻炼自己的能力，为学院服务、为同学服务。

对于学生工作我是有着深厚的感情的，在高中时代，我曾担任三年的班长兼年级部学生会主席兼校学生会主席，其中获得了不少经验，一进入大学校门我就主动的加入到了学生会，承蒙老师的厚爱，成为了学生会副主席，这些年学生工作的经验使我对学生会的结构和运作有了一定的了解，对此也充满了热情，我自信能担任好学生会主席一职。

如果我当选了学生会主席，我将大胆改革，务实创新，作好自己的本职工作，将我院的学生工作做“大”，做“细”，在此基础上重点做好以下几点：

1.做好迎新生工作，开展丰富、全面的入学教育活动，学生干部分组深入新生宿舍走访，帮助新生更快更好的适应这里的生活。

2.使学生会工作人性化，时常与各班班干部沟通，了解同学们在学习生活中的切实状况和存在的问题，切实解决广大学生的实际困难。开展主题丰富多彩的座谈会，鼓励并引导同学们参与到本院的学生工作中，为学生工作添砖加瓦。

3.正确引导“雅致音乐学社”开展活动。

4.完善学生会内部的各项制度，做好各项会议的记录工作，明确各部门的工作职责，将各项工作细致地分配到各部，提高办事效率，充分发挥各部的优势，让学生会每个成员得到充分的锻炼。

如果我竞选成功，我将以共同的目标来凝聚大家，以有效的管理来激励大家，以自身的行动来带动大家。努力做到大事讲原则，小事讲风格，共事讲团结，做事讲效果。用真诚、理解和信任对待每一个部员，给他们一个宽松的自我发展和创造的空间。
