1、诠释

一等（20-----16分）：

A凡在材料内容及含义范围内均视为“符合题意”；

B紧紧围绕中心主题构思作文视为“中心突出”；

C材料丰富，充分表现主题，视为“内容充实”；

D凡是思想积极向上，可视为“思想健康”；

E行文合情入理，视为“感情真挚”。

二等（15-----11分）：

A符合题意同一等；

B能够围绕主题构思行文视为“中心明确”；

C所选材料基本能够表达主题，视为“内容较充实”；

D凡是思想积极向上，可视为“思想健康”；

E思想健康同一等；朴实、自然、不造作，视为“感情真实”。

三等（10------6分）：

A尚能把握材料，行文有所游离，视为“基本符合题意”；

B尚有中心，但个别游离中心，视为“中心基本明确”；

C虽有材料，但不足以表现主题，视为“内容单薄”；

D基本符合道德规范，视为“思想基本健康”；

E有造作痕迹，总体尚自然，视为“感情基本真实”。

四等（5--------0分）：

A仅仅抓住材料中枝节来立意行文，视为“偏离题意”；

B无明确主题，或脱离材料含义作文的，视为“中心不明确”；

C所选材料不能表现主题，视为“内容不当”；

D观点有背与现行法律和道德规范，视为“思想不健康”；

E行文矫揉造作，视为“感情虚假”。

2、操作

①内容部分评分以A（题意）、B（中心）、C（内容）为重点，全面衡量，综合入等量分。在此基础上，参照D（思想）、E（感情）两项在等内浮动。

②四等卷中，凡各项（ABCDE）均符合该等要求，字数满800字者，在3-5分内给分。不是空白卷，不给0分。

乙、表达项（20分）

1、诠释

①一等（20-16）

A、文体特征明鲜，可视为“符合文体要求”。

B、首尾呼应，文脉畅通，段落划分恰当，衔接紧凑，过渡自然，可视为“结构严谨”。

C、用词准确，句与句之间衔接自然，句式选择得当，可视为“语言流畅”。

D、字体书写工整、规范、方正，卷面干净，可视为“字迹工整”。

②二等（15-11）

A、文体特征明显，可视为“符合文体要求”。

B、有头有尾，分段合理，可视为“结构完整”。

C、文从字顺，有1-2处语病，但不影响语意表达，可视为“语言通顺”。

D、字体比较规范，可视为“字体工整”。

③三等（10-6）

A、有文体杂糅痕迹，但尚能分辨出文体类型，可视为“基本符合文体要求”。

B、有头有尾，段落划分不够合理，可视为“结构基本完整”。

C、有3-4处语病，对语意表达并无很大的影响，可视为“语言基本通顺”。

D、字迹不够规范，但尚能辨认，可视为“字迹基本清楚”。

④四等（5-0）

A、不能辨别文体类型者，可视为“不符合文体要求”。

B、段落划分有严重欠缺，杂乱无章，可视为“结构混乱”。

C、语病达5处以上，影响了语意表达，可视为“语言不通顺、语病多”。

D、字迹潦草，难以辨认，影响作文评阅，可视为“字迹潦草难辨”。

2、操作

①表达部分评分以A（文体）、C（语言）为重点，全面衡量，综合入等量分，在此基础上，参照B（结构）、D（字体）两项，在等内上下浮动。

②四等卷中，凡各项（ABCD）均符合该等要求，字数满800字者，在3-5分内给分。不是空白卷，不给0分。

（二）发展等级20分

1、诠释

①一等（20-16）

内容上“深刻”，体现在三个方面：A透过现象深入本质；B揭示事物内在的因果关系；C观点具有启发作用。 表现上“丰富”，体现在四个方面：A材料丰富；B论据充足；C形象丰满；D意境深远。

语言上“有文采”，体现在四个方面：A用词贴切；B句式灵活；C善于运用修辞手法；D文句有表现力。 写作思维上“有创意”，体现在五个方面：A见解新颖；B材料新鲜；C构思新巧；D推理想象有独到之处；E有个性特征。

②二等（15-11）

较有文采：A词语恰当；B句式有变化；C能够恰当运用修辞手法。

较有创意：A见解正确；B材料选择得当；C想象合理；D较有个性。

③三等（10-6）

略显文采：A词语较恰当；B能够运用一定修辞手法。

略有创意：A有一定想象力；B有一定个性。

④四等（5-0）

个别语句有深意，个别例子较好，个别语句较精彩，个别地方有新意。

2、操作

①发展等级评分，分解为四项16个评分点，不求全面，可根据其中的若干突出点按等级评分。

②发展等级应根据相应的“评分标准”和“说明”要求评分，再参照“基础等级”上下浮动评分。

③基础等级的“内容”和“表达”两项得分都在四等的，“发展等级”分只能在四等给分。

四、其他

1、关于题目：试题要求“自主确定标题”，缺标题者扣2分。

2、关于字数：试题要求“不少于800字”。不足字数，每少50字扣1分。诗歌按行计算。

3、关于错别字：每3个错别字扣1分，重复的不计，但上不封顶。

4、标点错误多，酌情扣1—2分。

5、关于没有写完的作文

①主体已写出，只是没有结尾的作文，仍按基础等级标准评分，也不影响发展等级的评分。

②主体未写出，或300字以内的(不包括300字)作文，在10分(包括10分)以下给分，直接记在“内容”栏中，其他3个给分栏记0。

6、关于套作和抄袭的作文

①无自己构思及立意，仅对原材料进行复述或模仿置换等均视为套作。凡属于套作的作文，基础等级和发展等级均在三等（包括三等）以下适当评分。

②怀疑为抄袭的作文，须提供被抄袭的文章或准确的线索。经确认后，此类作文基础等级在四等内给分，发展等级不给分。

③凡是与题中材料没有任何联系的作文可视为“文不对题”。此类作文在10分（包括10分）以下给分。直接记在“内容”栏中，其他三个给分栏记0。

7、关于有严重问题的作文

①内容上有严重政治倾向错误；

②答卷雷同；

③前后笔迹不一致；

④有特殊标记：写名字、画图形等。

此类答卷由题组长提交阅卷学科领导组审核处理。

50分及以上作文特征：

议论文：文体特征明显，对于灾难价值的思考有深化，依据材料及提示有自己很深刻的理解阐述，观点有深度、有自己的思考，行文举例不拘泥于所给材料事例，能结合材料进行相似联想，材料丰富，多角度阐述论证。结构呼应，文脉贯通，过渡自然，思维清晰，用词准确，各段长短适中，有归结文字，字迹清楚，。如《多难兴邦》。

其他文体：切入口要小，叙述要巧，构思非常巧妙。比如可以借助各种颜色展现灾难来临时社会各界面对灾难的积极表现，来展现人间大爱（或关爱生命或尊重生命）的主题。绝不面面俱到、空无一物、泛泛而谈。如《爱的颜色》就写得很巧。该文事例虽然还是地震后人们的表现，但事件叙述并不浮光掠影、扩写材料，而是从颜色入手，围绕爱心展开，用不同的颜色代指不同的人群，体现灾难之后爱心奉献、一方有难，八方支援的主题。结构上，发问三次，贯穿下来，文脉清楚；内容上也有引申和升华，将地震后的爱诗性的阐发。这样，用颜色对应爱心，将抽象的化为具体。

行文时，未脱离题意，使用材料事例（或三个中仅有一个和材料提示相同，另外两个不来自材料），但叙述角度有些变化，有标示结构层次的语句出现在段首，事件叙述避免了平铺直叙，有些精彩的引申文字，文脉清楚，感情真挚，字迹美观，一般43----46；未脱离题意，列举事例只停留在灾后各界表现，没有进行深层次的挖掘，但叙述语言简洁明了，注意了时间顺序，字迹清楚，结构尚可，有几句精彩语言，一般37----42分；未脱离题意，使用材料中的事例超过60％，泛泛而谈，字迹稍乱，一般30---36分；脱离题意，各方面写得再好也不会超过30分。
