I’m a Chinese guy who want to go to Sri lanka, my friend introduce you to me, my wife and I will arrive at the airport at 05:55am，21th,Dec， and then I will go to Kandy, after stay in Kandy for one night, on 22th morning, we will go to Nuwara Eliya for a short tourism and then to Udawalawe . after you send us to Udawalawe, than we can arrange the trip by myself. So how much will you charge me for 2 days(21th and 22th)? and what kind of brand and model of car will you provide us?

特别提醒：下面是酒店核对邮件模板，我们给您的就是酒店给我们的确认入住单，俗称“VOUCHER”，请您编写成您的自己的详情后发给酒店核实，尽快，谢谢。

核对邮件注意事项

1：由于订房部工作繁忙，回复可能较慢，属于正常现象，2-3天回复时间都是属于正常，忙是更慢也是很正常的，您可以重复发，或换邮箱。

2：由于每人使用翻译软件不同，不能合理翻译句型，有可能导致阴差阳错，造成误会，所以请您按照我们的模板先确认核实，后续有自己的要求，可以后期再和酒店咨询。

3：若向马尔代夫酒店电话查询，请找精通英语口语的朋友，和酒店说出您的酒店确认号后，便能查到您的情况，马尔代夫英语略显不标准

4：因马代和我们这边有3个小时时差，如我们当地时间为中午12点，马代时间为上午9点，所以建议您把握发邮件的时间和技巧，这会对酒店回复您的邮件相对会快一点，

5：马代酒店休息日是每周5，7，休息，邮件发送时间最好在工作日的下午13点-16点之间，请自己把握时间技巧。

6：以上都是在客人核对房屋上出现的问题，以作提醒,下面是您与酒店核对的格式范本，请您内容自己改动，酒店邮箱如果入住单上面没有请您找代理索要，入住单上面有酒店邮箱的按照酒店邮箱就可以了，

7：核实邮件您所要发送的邮件的题目是Dear Sir or Madam,（不要自己瞎写题目，酒店看到后会不予理睬的）

8：核实邮件内容如下;,不要用WORD格式，直接把邮件内容复制粘贴在邮箱即可，
