1. The project aims to improve the drill string delivery efficiency by modifying the delivery

The project is a nationwide mobile communications industry, very successful project.

5. The project's aim is to develop an online Album system. I was a project manager and in

charge of the whole project. The phases deliverables were :Requirements Analysis in Initiating process, Mission Statement and schedule plan in Planning Process; Product Quality Verification Statement in Monitoring Process and User Acceptance Report in Closing Process. The software is composed of server and client, includes UID management, User management modules, etc . and can read and store photos online.

6. The project's aim is to automate test environment for windows services by virtual machines. I

was a project leader and in charge of lab automation team. The phases deliverables were :Feasibility Report in Initiation process, requirements, constraints and assumptions Records in Planning Process; Schedule Verification Report in Monitoring Process and Organizational Data Report in Closing Process. The automated environment is composed of server and client, and can support specific services.

7. The project's aim is to do localization test for UIS system by virtual machines. I was a project

leader and in charge of the automation test team. The phases deliverables were :Requirement Analysis in Initiation process, Mission Report in Planning Process; New Risk Report in Monitoring Process and localization lessons learned Report in Closing Process. The tested UIS system is composed of server and client, includes all kinds of medical modules and can read information from/to external equipments.

8. The target of this project was to establish the facility with new process and high quality

product. I worked as the project manager. Our Project management in project integration management made it proceeded well. We implemented a quality management plan to ensure all the work was being performed as per quality standards. All the project records, historical information and documents of this project were delivered to our client. We got a high score on the customer satisfaction Measurement.

9. The project’s aim was to build an integrated QA lab building. I was the manager and

responsible for the project. Based on the confirmed Project Charter, we developed project management plan, and updated it during the next phases. I improved team performance by team building activities. Quality assurance played an important role in executing process. We delivered organizational data that complied with statutory requirements. We obtained customer acceptance report for the project from our client.

When finishing test for this project and gave the defect report and test report. The defects is less than 0.5% and there is no Critical and high bugs when releasing this project.

11. I led members to do the function testing 5 modules of Autodesk software. In the initiating

Process of every module, I reviewed the requirements and delivered the review report. Then I gave the test plan and test strategy and test case design. Then I executed testing, report bugs, weekly test report and analyzed test report. In the closing process, I delivered test report. When finishing test for this project and gave the defect report and test report. There is no Critical and high bugs when releasing this project.

12. The project's aim is to develop a new style mobile phone meeting SonyEricsson marketing. I

worked as project manager and took charge of the whole project. The phases’ deliverables were: Requirements Analysis in Initiation Process, Procurement Plans in Planning Process, Execute PR build tasks in Executing Process, Product verification in Monitoring and Controlling and Create and Distribute Final Project Report in Closing Process. Finally, the mobile phone shall fulfill ID&FUNCTION Spec and factory mass manufacture targets.

13. The project is to develop new style BT_WIFI Antenna for K-series cell phone. I was a project

manager and incharge of the whole project. The phases’ deliverables were: Feasibility Evaluation in Initiation Process, Define requirements, constraints and assumptions Records in

Planning Process, Execute PR build tasks in Executing Process, Schedule Verification Report in Monitoring and Controlling and Measure Customer Satisfaction Measurement in Closing Process. At last, the new style BT_WIFI Antenna can fulfill K-series cell phone's needs .

14. The project's aim is to develop an interactive software to processing claim demands of

insurer’s customer. I was a project manager and in charge of the whole project. The phases deliverables were :Feasibility Report in Initiation process, Mission Statement in Planning Process; Progress Report in Monitoring Process and User Acceptance Report in Closing Process. The software is composed of server and client, includes UID management, User management modules etc. and can support specific services.

15. The project's aim is to develop an online Short-term Insurance system. I was a project

manager and in charge of the whole project. The phases deliverables were :Requirements Analysis in Initiating process, Mission Statement and schedule plan in Planning Process; Product Quality Verification Statement in Monitoring Process and User Acceptance Report in Closing Process. The software is composed of server and client, includes UID management, User management modules, etc. and can read and store data online.

16. The project aims to establish a software configuration management system. As the project

leader, I established the project schedule, planned and conducted the trainings, purchased the required hardware, and established/tested the software environment. This project helped the customers establishing their own software configuration management system, training their own system administrators, and establishing their configuration management specification.

17. This project aims to establish a software system that enables Innofidei to receive, process,

and responds to customer feedback through the Internet. I am the project leader. This system enables customers to submit their feedback on our products and enables our technicians to process and archive the feedback in a centralized way through a common workflow and forms, improving Innofidei’s technical support system and making feedback be traceable and reusable.

18. 维也纳童声合唱团首次访华巡回演出,我在项目中担任项目经理。从20xx年初与演出

The project’s aim is to organize Vienna Boys Choir's first tour in China. I was a project manager and in charge of the whole project. The phases’ deliverables were: Feasibility Evaluation in Initiation Process, Schedule Plan in Planning Process, Execute the performance environment’s tasks in Executing Process, Schedule Verification Report in Monitoring and Controlling and Create and Distribute Final Project Report in Closing Process. The performance of totally 147 times in 22 cities in China, the tour reached a total box office of 33.5 million.

The project is dismantling and building 5 gas stations owned by China Petroleum Hualu Company. I was a project manager and in charge of the whole project. The phases’ deliverables were: Project Charter in Initiation Process, Designing Planning in Planning Process, Execute the tasks in Executing Process, Product Verification Report in Monitoring and Controlling and Customer Acceptance Report in Closing Process. Finally, the contract requirements are fulfilled. Five full-functional gas stations were completed to use for the owner.

The phases’ deliverables were: Project Charter in Initiation Process, Create a Project Organization Structure in Planning Process, Resource Allocation in Executing Process, Schedule Verification Report in Monitoring and Controlling and Measure Customer Satisfaction Measurement in Closing Process. At last, the full-functional oil depot fulfill customer’ needs.
