Financial responsibility, kind of quality which is required by fierce social completion and peer pressure, moral standard in tradition and job-hunting market never fails to arouse the attention. In contemporary society, people tend to be financially independent and well-organized. Thus, there exists a problem for every individual, is it necessary for kids to undertake the financial responsibility themselves, in other words, should they offered the opportunity to manage the money on their own? In my personal understanding, I choose to say yes attributed for the sequential reasons.

I highly recommend the cultivation of children’s independence to take the first place. As is universally acknowledged that independence is the fundamental element composing the development of single individual, here the independence concerns basic survival skills, elementary cooking skills, social adaptation and also, the money- arranging ability. Take my brother as an example. He traveled across the sea to get further study in the BC province, Canada. He has 6000 yuan for each month except the tuition fee, and he has no choice but to work

out a money-spending plan due to the high cost for studying abroad. Up until now he has saved some money himself and became more independent.

In the second place, learning to arrange money can foster the kids to become more organized. From then on, they know how to encounter the mass competition in society and how to tackle the multiple assignments. The recent survey done by Suzhou TV station demonstrated that the less organized people are those who have the more narrow chance to gain success.

To some extent, it is quite reasonable for parents to preserve some of the financial responsibility themselves, because children are lack of experience and critical thinking. But if children can start to manage their money from a very young age and take the optimum advantage, they will be facing with a brilliant, sustainable and promising future.

The author lists three reasons about why he /she thinks commercial fossil trade is harmful for the development of both scientists and the general public. On the contrary, the speaker believes that the benefits of commercial fossil trade greatly outweigh the disadvantages.

Firstly, the author states that if the fossils are sold to private collectors, it will be very difficult for the general public to see them. In this way, it will be a great pity which will lead to a decline in public interests in fossils. While the speaker insist that the public is probably to have greater exposure to fossils resulting from commercial fossil trade. Commercial fossil trade makes it possible for the public to purchase a lot of fossils, even the low-level public institutions like public schools and libraries can now buy interesting fossils and display them for the public.

In addition, the author believes that in the commercial trade market, there are many millionaire fossil buyers who have a lot of money and strong desire to own the rarest and most important fossils, as a result, the scientist may miss out on potentially crucial discoveries about extinct life forms. On the contrary, the speaker challenges this argument by saying that a fossil need to be scientifically identified so that we can know the value of it. However only scientific experts have the ability and

qualification to perform detailed examinations and tests. In this way, no matter who will be the owner of the fossil, it has to pass though the hands of scientific experts first. The scientific community will not pass out anything important.

Furthermore, the author holds that some commercial collectors could destroy valuable scientific evidence because they are untrained or uninterested in the past of the fossils. The author use a example about the difference between scientists' and commercial collectors' attitude and findings to oviraptors. The speaker strongly opposes this by saying that it would be much better to be damaged than totally undiscovered for the fossils. The commercial collectors have more motivation and economic strength to run fossil collecting operations compared with universities and other scientific institutions. 2009.6.20 Do you agree or disagree with the following statement:

Successful leaders should make others part of the decision-making process.(Success)

In our daily life, a successful leader is not necessarily the one who is excellent and brilliant on all sides and do business on his/her own, but the one who is good at gathering the wisdom of crowds. So I strongly agree

with the statement which says "Successful leaders should make others part of the decision-making process". By doing so, it can consolidate the leadership, gather all the excellent ideas and also stimulate their passion for working.
