My name is Qin Zihao and from china. I am writing in the hope that I may obtain an opportunity of my further study to get the PhD degree in Ballistics and Aerodynamics (СМ-3) of Special machinery faculty.

I have studied in school of Mechanical Engineering in Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NUST) for nearly four years, majored in Special machine. I will get my bachelor's degree on June 2010.

During my college years, I spent all the semesters in diligent and highly effective study. I got a high GPA that placed me in the top 10% out of all the students in my major, winning scholarships of the department almost every year. And I was selected in master-and-doctoral program of our school without entrance exam. The major courses that interested me most included: Theoretical Mechanics, Strength of Materials, Control Engineering, thermodynamics, Computer Language and Programming, Mechanical Design, etc. I believe with my solid foundations, and keen interest in this field, I can succeed in my graduate studies. I wish to start my study in September 20## and plan to complete my doctor degree objective in 5 years.

What I should mention that is, I’m the candidate of the China Government Scholar which is operated by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) under the Ministry of Education of People’s Republic of China. It covers tuition, living expenses and traveling fees. By the way, please give me the bill of the entire fees.
