My Plan

I love literature. I love reading books about literature. When appreciating those literary giants’ masterpieces, I indulge myself in their world and realize the happiness and sadness in the world. The more I read, the more I want to learn. Luckily, courses of British literature and American literature are available this semester. Therefore, I need to plan for it.

In my point of view, the first thing I need to do is to be familiar with the history of British and America.Thenpay attention to national conditions as well as folk customs, avoiding differences in languages and state ideologies. Previewing the textbook is indeed essential. According to the textbook, I should draw an online of different writers and works on behalf of different periods of different nations. Reading in detail is necessary to some works, such as Shakespeare’s masterpieces. One tip that I summarized is that I can make a list for each period after reading the textbook, especially for British literature. What’s more, enough after-class reading is as important as making a list of learning. In these ways, I hope I can learn more about British and American literature.

My name is LIN JIANFENG.I’m a junior from College of Mechanical and Electric Engineering.I’m from College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.My major is mechanism,and this is the subject which is originated in foreign counties such as England and German.These countries already had long history in mechanical

manufacture while China began to get into this field.That’s the reason why I want to apply for the project to be exchanged for a term.

My first choice is to be exchanged to German which appears to students whose major is about science .If I was glad to get the opportunity to study in German,I would make a strict learning plan.First of all,before the summer vocation comes,I’ll put more emphasis on my speaking and listening skills to solve the communication barrier when I live there.Then with the preparation for the language,I can practice and strength my language skills in that environment.I’m confident that if I overcome the difficulty in language,I will accommodate to the new situation soon.

As we all know,German is the country with long history in mechanism.So there must be many opportunities for me to put my knowledge to practice.I’ll seize the chance to participate the competitions and study in the company.

With regard to my life skills,I’m capable of cooking some easy dishes,but it’s not enough.Before exchanging I’ll keep learning cooking so that I’ll be able to live in German well and save money for my family.
