九年级新的学期开始啦,这是初中学习中承前启后的一学期,面临着迎接中考的重任。作为班主任的各项工作自然紧凑而忙碌,20xx年以来我任九年级(2)班班主任,为了不辜负学校领导和各位家长的期盼,更好地开展班级管理工作,使全体学生在德智体美劳诸方面都有长足的进步,特对本期工作计划如下:

一、班级现状分析:

本班本学期共有28名学生,从上学期考试来看,我班学生平均分较1班差一些;有不少同学学习基础差缺乏学习自主性。他们有想学好的心,但因为懒,缺乏恒心,尤其值得关注的是有个别同学学习不够努力,缺乏学习自觉性,学习成绩有待极大提高。

可喜的是本班学生思想单纯,也乐于接受老师的批评,但是诚恳的答应之后却总是缺乏实际行动,或是三分钟热度。另外,学生的行为习惯比较差,常常有点随心所欲,但都没有太坏的心眼,一旦被老师指出也会乐于接受,但是反复性较强。因为爱玩,因为没有恒心,所以学生整体的学习习惯比较差,这形成了恶性循环,也导致成绩止步不前。但是每个人都在努力,都在期待收获成功。

二、本学期班级目标:

继续营造和谐师生关系,帮助学生改善比较差的行为习惯与学习习惯,引导学生创造互帮互助的学习氛围,减少后进生人数,增加优等生人数,且争取在期中期末考试中能缩短与其它班级的均分差距。

并且积极参加学校各种活动,勇于拼搏,争取佳绩。

三、具体思想:

1、用新的管理理念武装自己,提高班级管理水平

在本学期中,本人要认真学习先进的班级管理理念,认真贯彻了党的教育方针,努力推进了素质教育,注重学生的全面发展,提高学生的整体素质,促进学生个性的发展。实施素质教育,就是要全面贯彻党的教育方针,以提高国民素质为根本宗旨,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点,造就有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律,德智体美等方面全面发展的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。着眼于人的内在的发展要求,把人当作教育目的本身,这才是人们在“素质教育”口号下,追求教育价值的实质。要注重培养学生的自主性、主动性、创造性,使他们学会生存、学会关心、学会合作、学会生活,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,让学生自主地发展,从各种压抑中解脱出来,在生动活泼的发展中感受到学生生活的美好和快乐。

2、以人为本,尊重学生,让学生成为班级管理的主人

在班级管理工作中,尊重学生的人格,以平等的姿态面对学生,让学生有发表意见和看法的机会。使民主不再像天上的馅饼,一个永远也画不像的葫芦,让民主落到实处。去年我接任班主任,首先要在班内召开一次班会,欢迎学生提出管理班级的意见。通过这样,提高学生积极性,许多问题由他们自己通过讨论拿出比较完整的意见,使班级洋溢着融洽、活泼、欢乐的气氛,让学生有一种愉悦、友爱、信任、自豪的情绪体验。凡是班集体的计划和决定,都应和班集体共同

讨论,乐于给个别学生以帮助指导和援助。对学生表现给予客观的表扬和批评,以建立尊师爱生、团结友爱、协调融洽、紧张活泼的班内人际交流环境。

3、一把钥匙开一把锁,关注学生的个性差异

俄国教育家乌申斯基说:“如果教育家希望从一切方面去教育人,那么就必须首先从一切方面去了解人。”班主任要教育好学生,只有了解学生,掌握学生的思想状况,分析学生的心理状态,才能从实际出发对学生进行教育,才能做到一把钥匙开一把锁,把思想工作做到学生的心坎上。因此,全面了解和研究学生是班主任做好工作,提高学生素质的前提条件。

四、主要措施: ;

第一、帮助学生树立远大的人生理想,变“要我学”为“我要学”

1. 中学生是人生观形成的重要时期。关心时政,关心国家民族的前途命运,希望自已一生有所作为是他们的共同特性,因此抓紧抓好时政教育,特别是当前世界与中国在经济科技发展上的机遇和挑战,历史上中国的落后给我们的苦难和今天我们与发达国家相比我们存在的弊端,以此常常能唤起他们的历史责任感,树立起为中华之崛起而努力学习的信念,这是学生时代最具感召力的学习原动力。

2. 帮助学生分析自已的潜在优势或帮助寻找适合于他的人生道路。让他看到希望,让希望燃烧起光明,照亮他人生的路。

此外,班主任自身要做一个人格高尚的人,要宏杨正气,是非分明,立场坚定,用自身的人格力量感染学生,给学生以可信任感和可

钦佩感,这是班主任工作的基础。

总之,以上思想政治工作能极大帮助学生养成学习自觉性,主动性,和勇于探索的精神,思想政治工作是班主任工作的灵魂。 第二、鼓舞学生信心

1. 树立榜样:个人修养的榜样,学习刻苦终成大器的榜样,敢于拼搏的榜样,成绩先居劣势后终于赶上来了,取得了好成绩的榜样,伟人,名人,民间故事中的典范,特别是他们的已毕业校友的先进事迹。

2. 实事求是地指出学生的优缺点,帮助他树立目标,取长补短。

3. 面对挫折实事求是地分析失败的原因,指出成功的道路,和他这时具备的优势条件,并鼓舞他的斗志,强调人不应只重视一城一地的得失,而应着眼于人生的全局。讲清一时的努力不会换来立时的好成绩,必需长期努力。

总之,班主任应该是鼓动家要鼓起学生的自信,“自信是人生成功的一半”。

第三、培养学生正确的学习方法

1. 加强学习方法的指导,提高学习效率是班主任经常的一项工作,也是差生转化的中心,班主任讲清一般的学习方法,特别是它的作用和意义,并要逐步培养学生正确的学习方法,课前预习,认真上课,课后及时复习,反复复习,适当练习。要要反复布置,了解后再采取措施纠正,直到这个学习习性养成,还需要针对每科的具体情况对具体科目的学习方法全方位的指导。

2. 加强科学用脑的思想教育,个人心理调适,科学的休息法,记忆法,科学的身体煅炼,营养褡配,脑科学最新成果。

3. 创造条件让差生补习,同学自愿,请教师补习或指导订阅辅导资料或购买VCD影碟,总之要让他感受到老师在同全班同学共同努力,营造一种努力争先,不畏艰难的氛围。

4. 组织兴趣小组,作为学习扶贫小组,让学生教学生,提高其集体自力更生的能力,同时也让小组的同学在提高自身的同时让自已的能力也上一个新台阶。

5. 强调学习时间的投入,基础差要追赶上来只有刻苦,只有艰苦的劳动才有巨大收获。

6. 加强课外阅读指导,拓展学生的知识面。要教育学生既要重视课内知识的学习,又要重视课外知识的吸取,课堂内与课堂外的知识是相辅相成的。学习方法的养成是差生能否转化和学生学习能否进步的核心。

第四、加强班级管理

1. 学生交流,把握每个学生的思想,学习,生活的动态。定期或不定期的在班上进行书面调查,让他们反映教室寝室的纪律,清洁卫生,同学关系等等问题,以及学生学习和教师教学方面存在的问题,这样可以及时地加以引导,修正和跟踪管理班级,同时也可给科任教师指出部题以便修正教学,平时,早自习,上午上课,下午上课,晚自习课,以及自习时间多到教室向学生了解班情,观察学生作习情况,向学生了解学生,总之日常管理在于花时间,勤动脑勤动手,这样才

能保持班上始终处于班主任的有效监管中。

2. 精心挑选班干部,大胆鼓励他们在班上开展活动,同时加强指导,让他们尽可能快的成熟,有力地管理班上。

3. 严格纪律要求。班级管理要制度化,不体罚学生不等于不惩罚学生,要学生明白迟到了,早退了,旷课了,打牌,赌博了将要受到何种处理,主要在于耐心细仔的批评教育,罚“力所能及”的清洁扫除,与家长联系通报该生的劣迹,让犯了错的学生在身体上和心灵上都过不去,严重的报学校给予处分,对付累教不改的学生在动用学校纪律的同时让他同 家长和老师共同制定他的保证书,只要再犯就必需坚持按保证书执行,迫使他悬崖勒马,回头是岸,同时加强对他们的监督,多同他们交流,给予他们信任总之,班主任工作要从理想思想教育入手,以提高学习能力为核心,纪律管理为手段,全方位调动积极性,以上四点是我对新的初三班的工作计划,相信只要有信心,一切皆有可能。

第五、学校教育与家庭教育相结合

(1)结合每月考试成绩,开好每次的家长会,针对学生的现状,与家长共同探讨解决问题的方法,并对下一步工作做好安排,尽快形成家长、教师、学生三位一体的教育模式。

(2)平时,把学生在校的各方面的表现反馈给家长,及时与家长沟通,使家长对孩子在校情况作到心中有数,请家长协助鼓励或帮助学生,作好学生的思想工作,同时,向家长了解学生在家的表现,及时找到问题所在,对症下药。

一、指导思想:

以党的教育方针为指针,坚持以人为本,尊重学生的个性发展特点,培养学生热爱祖国语言文字的思想感情,培养学生社会主义的思想品质,努力开拓学生的视野,注重培养创新精神和创造能力,培养学生健康、高尚的审美情趣,提高学生的文化品味,发展健康个性,逐步形成健全人格。

二、情况分析

九年级(6)班情况分析:学生53人,女生33人,男生20人。个别学生平时较为散漫,课上都有无组织、无纪律的现象,没有良好的学习风气,学习习惯较差,有时甚至出现乱课现象。部分学生厌学、迷恋电脑游戏。在新学年中要不断努力,争取不断前进,树立良好的班风。依据学校德育实施计划,坚持以“自主与责任”为主题,加强行为规范教育,深化爱国主义教育,做好德育工作的渗透和迁移。针对这些问题,本学期内我拟定一下几个对策:

德育方面:

(一)、当学生排斥时,我这样开展工作。

1、 敢于管理学生:对严重违纪的个别学生,不姑息纵容。

2、 有情感投入,化解与学生的对立情绪,使学生真正认识到违纪的后果。让学生感受到自己对他的真正关怀。比如我设置的家庭练习本对于某些学生的小错误错误我是耐性的指出,解释开导。对我曾经当着全班面狠批的学生进行心理疏导,慢慢化解

对立情绪。

3、 鼓励正气,争取大多数学生的支持。我对孩子们说,九

(6)班是个整体,一荣俱荣,一损俱损,任何个人的自私都有可能因此损坏班级集体的荣誉。这一举措立刻引起了大多数同学的支持,为确立学生正确的集体主义世界观,事事班级为先的良好习惯打下基础。

4、 争取家长的理解与支持。 经常和家长联系。不管是来访还是去电。对于家长的任何询问都给与及时的答复。并和家长一起督促孩子认真学习。

(二)、当遇到学生无理取闹时,要据理力争,不能示弱。严格按照校纪校规做事。坚决刹住学生的歪风。至今还没有遇见与我正面冲突的学生,但是我班孩子喜欢跟老师讨价还价,有些孩子的行为习惯不佳,我都是严格把关,动之以情晓之以理。

(三)、从抓班干部的培养入手,扭转班风、学风。

班级干部是学生的骨干,班级干部的素质直接影响班风的形成,培养班级干部的凝聚力是关键。我发现本班班干部都喜欢捂着藏着,全班学生目前为止还没能找到一个行事果敢,作风泼辣,勇于为班级出力做事的领头人,包括课堂上也一样,学生明明会做题,却就是不举手,让老师在课堂上唱独角戏的场景屡见不鲜,沉默已经成为了他们的习惯。后来我就跟班委开会,制定整改方案,社会需要个性张扬的人才,而不是羞答答的躲在后面的胆小鬼!

(四)、解决学生与课任老师的矛盾,疏通各种关系。如学生对教过他们的某些学科老师的授课有意见,导致学科偏科现象很严重。此次更换了很多新老师,我在班级里介绍了这些老师的学识与风格,分析老师的特点,学生从情感上接受了,将来与老师也会配合默契。学生的学习积极性提高了,学风自然也会转变了。

(五)、正确疏导中学生与异性交往,教会学生应该与异性沟通的方法。注重行为要合乎社会准则。

二:智育方面:

纵观上学期期末的各科成绩,本班学生在学习上底子总体较薄弱,有尖子生,后进生不少,这是一个令人担忧的局面。

我认为只有增强他们九年级的毕业意识,让他们有目的,有计划的学习。全面发展,避免偏科。同时有针对性的培养尖子生,

帮助后进生进步。

三:工作具体安排:(暂定)

九月;把重点放在纠正全班学生的行为习惯,利用各种活动教育学生树立正确的人生观,世界观。要求他们养成良好的生活习惯,讲文明,懂礼貌,爱劳动,培养积极向上的班风。总结学习经验教训,并逐个整改错误的学习习惯和行为习惯。抓好学生从暑假懒散自由的生活和开学后的有规律的学习生活过渡和衔接,使学生能尽快适应初三紧张的学习生活。要求学生找到自己的目标,并制定计划,切实的安排自己的学习。杜绝抄作业情况。

十月至十二月:继续以文明班级的要求全班的行为习惯。将有计划的经常找学生谈心;了解学生的需要。找到突破口,一针见血。作为班主任我将及时与任课老师沟通,总结。至此,开学初的新鲜感已经慢慢过去,为了防患于未然,我及将时宣传网络游戏的弊处,经常与过去经常留恋网吧的孩子交流,减少他们的孤独感,把他们沉溺在虚拟游戏中的心拉回现实,利用集体的力量让他们空虚的心灵得到正常的满足感,远离无证营业的网吧。对于班级后进生的进步,我将建立团结互助的学习环境,采取结对子的方法,以身作则,有耐性的帮助后进生尽量缩短与优等生的距离。缩小两极分化的距离。

一月:重点迎接学期期末测评,投入全部精力迎考。并作好考后总结。撰写学生评语,填写学生素质发展报告单,安排寒假具体工作。

“教育之路漫漫,吾将上下而求索”!以上就是我本学期的班主任工作计划,我一直坚信“只要付出就有回报”!相信在学校领导的关怀下,在我和各位任课老师的引领下,九(6)班会走出属于自己的新的纪元。

一、 教学目标

培养学生优良的英语学习兴趣、习惯,帮助学生树立自信心,养成良好的英语学习习惯,提高、发展自主学习的能力,形成有效的学习策略;使学生掌握一定的语言基本知识和技能,有较好的语感,获得初步运用英语的能力,为实际应运打下扎实的基础。同时注重综合能力的开发、提高,培养他们的观察、思维、记忆、想象和创造等方面的能力;让学生了解中西方文化的差异,培养爱国主义精神,增强世界观意识,并结合课外学习,达到教学的最优秀性,培养学生良好的自学能力和习惯,并做到持之以恒,使本年段的英语教学能进一步提高。

在这一学期中,主要培养学生学习英语的兴趣,继续培养学习英语的学习习惯,要很好地完成本学期的教学学习任务,重视阅读能力的培养,在实际教育工作中把做好学生思想工作放在学科教育的首位,通过师生的共同努力,为学科和学生本人再创佳绩。

二、 教材分析

九年级英语是人民教育出版社出版的新目标英语,本册书依然是分为SectionA、SectionB、Self-check和阅读四部分,其中A部分为新课呈现,B部分为拓展延伸,教材编排有以下目的:

1.要使学生受到听、说、读、写、英语的训练,掌握最基础的语言知识和语言技能以及培养初步援用英语交际的能力;养成良好的外语学习习惯,掌握学习外语的基本方法;为进一步学习和运用英语打下扎实的基础。

2.使学生明确学习英语的目的性,

3.培养初步运用英语交际的能力和自学能力。

三、 教材重点、难点

本册教材从语音、词汇、语法、阅读等方面着手

1、语音教学 本册课本在上册的基础上进一步学习和运用音标和单词的发音规则,着重抓好学生的预习,自学能力。

2、词汇教学 本册课本所要学习、掌握的单词约400个,另有

固定搭配和习惯用语若干条,任务较重。

3、语法教学 本册课本的语法教学项目有:不定代词、动词过去完成时、不定式、被动语态、定语从句以及构词法。

4、阅读教学 是重中之重,本册课本中的阅读课文比上学期难了很多,仍以对话为主,还有一些简单的短文。因此,提高学生的听说、表演对话的能力仍是本学期的一个教学重点,还应有一定的语法基础,具备相当的句子表达能力,能运用一定的词组和句型。

四、 学情分析

从整体情况来看,学生英语基础较差,兴趣不高,甚至有部分学生的听说读写能力还不够一年级水平,所以在课堂教学时,

出现有学生不守课堂规则,不愿听课、睡觉或是做与课堂无关事情的现象,这使得课堂难以调控,难以形成英语学习氛围。有少部分学生基础较好,自制能力较强,能认真听课,按老师要求完成各项任务,。

五、 教学措施

1、依据学生基本情况,逐步激励学生对英语产生学习兴趣。

2、重视课堂教学质量,逐步提高学生英语交际能力。

3、有意识培养学生听力、表述、朗读、书写和作业的基本能力。

4、重视思维过程系统编排,由浅入深,由易到难,由已知到未知,循序渐进,点面结合,逐步扩展,循环往现,以加深影响。

5、特别注重阅读能力的培养。

初三阶段的英语教学工作十分关键,而这届学生英语底子薄,兴趣不高,在这种情况下,就需要更加深入地研究教材,根据学科特点及学生特点研究切实可行的课堂教学模式。努力探索适合学生特点、学生乐于接受的教学方法及模式。同时,要进行分层次教学。对于好的学生要加大知识的容量,拓展知识的层面,使好学生成绩更上一层楼;对于差生要因势利导,因材施教,使差生在原有的基础上有所提高。 重点:一、笔头练习:

在教学过程中应保证学生在写之前明确他们要做什么,应有一定的示范、例子,使他们明白该怎么做;听写是培养学生写这一技能的有效方法。

一.指导思想:

深入贯彻教学理念。认真总结上一届初三的教学经验,努力把学生的英语基本功打扎实,同时还得加强对口语、听力和阅读能力的培养和指导,使学生在这方面的能力有所提高,为中考奠定基础。

二.具体措施:

1. 研究集体备课。

集体备课要定时间,有效率,内容切实落实。有针对性,让学生有收获,抓主题和重点。集体备课还要研究中考,把握中考方向,研究题型,做到早抓、多落实、多检验、找漏洞。

2. 了解学生,心中有数。

各班都有不同层次的学生,要求老师们做到对学生的学习状况了如指点,有针对性地加以指导,注重面对面地的辅导掌,了解学生的弱点和不足。

3. 针对中考题型,有目的、有针对性地有效练习,对学生进行解题方法和技巧的辅导。

英语学科和其他学科有些差异,同样的意思,有不同的表达方式,但有的表达得分,有的就会丢分,特别是“任务型阅读”和“情景作文”这样的题型上,由于关键词和句型掌握得不好,失分较多。“作文”方面,我们很多学生文采飞扬,作文写得

很漂亮,但不能得满意的分数,所以在这方面,我们要帮助学生在答题技巧上下功夫,争取又有创意,又规范。

4. 落实基础知识,掌握准确不丢分。
