一学期的备课组工作接近尾声了，我们初三语文组全体教师通过自己扎扎实实的工作，顺利完成了本学期的工作。为了以后的工作更上一层楼，现将一学期的工作小结如下：

一、狠抓课堂教学。

抓好常规课教学是提高教学质量的必由之路，所以我们特别注重抓好常规课教学。

1、个人备课刻苦钻研深挖教材。对课标、教材、教法、学法等方面深入研究，确定好每节课的教学设计，编辑学案保证备课的实效性；教师了解学生零距离。要求教师不仅要备课标、备教材，更要备课堂、备学生，做到“脑中有课标，心中有学生，眼中有教材。”

2、精心编辑学案，打造高效课堂。

我们组注重对新课标教材的整合与处理，通过导学案的方式，同时把语文知识、阅读训练、作文训练几个方面相结合。在教学中我们坚持学生为主体、教师为主导、训练为主线的原则。采取灵活多样的教学方法授课，发扬教学民主，让学生在愉快的气氛中掌握知识。树立大语文观，全面进行大语文教学，在教学过程中努力调动学生的积极性，极大地激发学生的学习兴趣，寓教于乐，让学生在欢乐的气氛中学到知识，提高能力。

二、加强集体备课，把集体备课制度落到实处。

我们组的俩位老师属于年轻但有一定经验的中青年教师，非常敬业，钻研教材的积极性非常高。我们的集体备课坚持本校备课与上地实验学校备课相结合，围绕重点问题、存在困惑的问题展开，大家畅所欲言，备课气氛很热烈。本学期我们认真落实教务处有关规定，严格纪律要求，改进组织方式，每周按学校要求按固定的时间集体备课，组内集体备课做到“四定”（定时间、定地点、定内容、定中心发言人），在很大程度上提高了集体备课的质量。在集体备课中我们力求做到统一思想，统一进度，统一练习，特别是在备教学目标，备学生练习，备教学方法时能集思广益，取长取短，同时通过集体备课，及时了解教育教学情况，针对教材的特点，不断地进行探索、改革、创新。思想的碰撞常常能激发新的灵感，改进自己的工作。

三、学习气氛浓，互相听课成为习惯

听课成为一种自觉，每当执教一堂新课，我们都互相听课，回来后认真研讨，仔细揣摩，再去上课。收到了互相促进、共同进步的良好效果。

四、积极参与进修、探索中考方向

本学期我们坚持参加区教研活动，结合进修内容摸索中考备考、训练的有效方法，探索中考明天方向。并根据本校学生具体情况进行针对性研究，总结出适合学生的教学方法，取得了一定的成效。

本学期我们还克服了组内老师生病的苦难，没有因为意外情况影响学校教学，保证了教学秩序的稳定。

我们组虽然取得了一些成绩，但是距离领导的要求和自身的奋斗目标还有较大差距，我们组将在下一学期工作中，继续乘风破浪、勇于开拓，不断进取，争创一流。
