China is a country “on bicycle wheels”。 People ride them for various purposes such as going to and from school and work. Bicycles are very cheap and easy to buy in China. There are many advantages to riding a bicycle. First， using a bicycle can greatly help reduce the air pollution in many big cities. Second， people can improve their health by riding a bicycle. The future of bicycle will be bright. In some European countries， city governments have arranged pedestrians to use “public bicycles” to travel round the city center free of charge. 2、电视节目（My Favorit TV Programme） Nowadays, television plays a more and more important role in our daily life. There are many programmes on TV every day. My favorite programme is “Human and Nature”.this programme provides us with natural scenes an the life of all kinds of animals. Born and brought up in the cicties, weyoung people have no chance of seeing nature. The programme just enable us to make up for it. We can get a lot of knowledge about nature. Beside, the picture are very beautiful an some of them are very valuable. So in my opinion, it is one of the most attractive programmes both for children and adults. It is really a great joy to watch it. If you don’t believe, just watch it yourself. 3、手机（Using Mobile Phones） There are advantages and disadvantages for using mobile phone. firstly, it is good. Using mobile phone can enhance your communication with others. It is a good way to keep in touch with your friends , parents, classments,etc, and when in emergency, you can call your friends or 110 for help. on the other hand, it is not good. Phones have radiation. Too much radiation is bad for people's healthy. Besides, people usually download games to the phone, it may cause them addict to the games. All in all, we should use phone properly , not too much 4、假冒伪劣商品（Fake Commodities） Fake and poor quality commodities are a serious problem. Many things can be faked such as soybean sauce， vinegar， bicycles， and many other things. The interests of consumers are affected， and many enterprises keep losing money because of cheap fake commodities. There are some reasons for such a phenomenon. The major one is the desire of some people to “make easy money”。 These people think nothing of the law of the protection of intellectual property rights. To get rid of fake and poor quality commodities， the government should educate people to obey the law of the protection of individual intellectual property rights and not to sell any fake goods. The government should punish severely and close down all the factories producing fake goods. 5、保持健康（How Should People Keep Health） Do you want a strong body?Let me tell you how to do. You should eat lots of fruit and vegetables,and drink lots of boiled water.You should do exercise .You should sleep at least eight in the evening,too.but you shouldn’t drink coffee or tea before sleep,you shouldn’t eat too many candies.You shouln’t work or study too hart. The way can keep your health. Many students do not have breakfast before they go to school.It’s a quite bad habit and it’s bad for your health.Maybe you don’t have time to have breakfast but you couldn’t learn well in your classes if you don’t eat any thing .Keeping in a good health which can help you study well is very important. 6、陪伴老人（How to Help Old People Live Better） In the last ten years our society is more advanced. Old people also live more happily. But we just noticed old people‘s material life. In fact old people‘s mental life is more important to them. Because old people are very lonely. I have three methods for this question. Firstly, young people should communicate to old people. They should exchange their ideas. Then they can understand each other more easily. The old people may be happier. Secondly, old people also should understand young people‘s pressure. They should know why the young people can‘t talk with them. Finally, society also should hold some activities for old people. To protect their life more colorful and greater! 7、环境保护（Protection of Environment） There are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. One o the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. The polluted air does great harm to people’s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. In my opinion. First, it should let people fully realize the importance of environment protection through education. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the population. Finally’ those who destroy the environment intentionally should be severely punished. We should let them know that destroying environment means destroying mankind themselves. 8、互联网（Internet and our life） We are now living in an internet society. It seems that we are overwhelmed in the internet life. Newspapers are talking that the internet age has come. Everything in our daily life can have relationship with internet: in the morning, we may turn on the computer to check whether we have E-mails from friends of abroad; then we can read some latest news from any websites in the world. To the internet users, there is no borders between nations. People can contact their friends wherever they are, as long as they are connected to the internet. After a day’s work, you may connect to the internet and do some shopping. Internet makes our lives easy and convenient. So why don’t we turn on the computer and send a birthday card to our father? 9、交朋友（Make Friends） Everyone needs friends. One relies on his friends for a lot of help during his lifetimes, and friends not only help him through his difficulties and hardships but also share his joys. Without friends one feels lonely and helpless. One should be sensible and careful in making friends because one takes on the colour of his company. A good friend is helpful to you while a bad friend would be harmful. As distance tests a horse is strength, so does time show a person is heart. A long term in contact with someone will tell you who is a loyal friend and who is not.
