(第一期）

一、四月份宣传报道重点

（一）日常新闻体裁要求：消息、通讯、诗歌、散文、杂文、小小说、微型报告文学、随笔、读后感、旅游小记、观影小记、图片（单图、组图或漫画）均可。

（二）段、区段、支部、班组在成本节约、挖潜增效、技改技革、科技创新、职工培训、安全管理、班组建设、管理提升等方面的新做法和成功经验。

（三）“五个战役”和“党的群众路线教育实践活动”中的好方法、好措施。

（四）春季施工会战期间的先进人物、事迹和所在区段、支部、班组中突出的亮点工作等，投稿时选用文字、图片或文图结合均可。

二、投稿注意事项

1.各支部书记要亲自把关，有效提升稿件质量。

2.严禁从书上或网上摘抄别人的文章，抄袭文章将不予发表；不要将一篇稿件重复投稿；注重稿件的新闻价值和可读性，主题泛泛，不具备真实性、实效性、重要性、显著性、接近性、趣味性等要素的稿件不予报道。

3.图片要以单独文件“jpg”格式传送，不要粘贴在文档中，并标注相关图片的文字说明。

4.各支部要注意稿件的实效性、真实性，并及时将稿件发送到工务文书OA或dztlgwhj@126.com邮箱中。

三、通讯员写作技巧分享

（一）主题鲜明，一目了然。凡是文章都讲究有鲜明的主题，无论什么写作手法，文章长短，都要以主题鲜明为重中之重，让读者一目了然。 （二）通讯报道稿件，重点要把握“精、准、快”三大要素。

所谓精即语言精练，准即反映事实准确无误，快即出稿及时。及时将有价值的新闻稿子写出来，一要做到早准备，提早收集相关资料，打好初稿或腹稿；二要练就快笔头，以最快的速度，及时将稿件整理成文；三、平时下工夫，打底子，可谓“千里之行，始与足下。” 对于文字工作者而言，丰富的知识储备和深厚的文化素养都是必要的。

（三）提高写作能力的基本途径。勤观察、勤思考、勤积累、多写、多改，持之以恒。

（四）通讯的特点

1.严格的真实性。

2.报道的客观性。

3.较强的时间性。

4.描写的形象性。

四、投稿稿件格式

——记XXX公司“XX战役”开展情况

近期，XXX公司不断强化内控管理提升，在XX范围内对内控管理流程和风险管理进行了一次全面、细致的梳理与总结，有效加强对风险事项的有效控制。

从各个业务流程逐一入手，详细分析流程的各个环节，分析每一个关键控制点设置的合理性；分析每个流程的关键控制节点描述，查看关键控制节点是否能够准确描述所存在的分险以及控制后达到的效果；梳理风险数据库风险事项是否包含了经营活动中所面临的所有重要的经营风险与管理风险。

本次梳理工作对现有流程和风险控制点以及风险数据等环节中存在的12项问题，制定了的整改措施，内控体系建设得到了进一步完善和加强。
