关于举办学生乒乓球比赛的通知

各班级:

为了进一步贯彻德、智、体全面发展的教育方针,增强学生体质,推动我校体育活动的开展,经研究决定于20xx年5月10日举行我校学生乒乓球比赛。现将比赛规程印发给你们,希严格按照“运动员资格”标准,积极做好选拔、组队、参赛工作。

一、主办单位:峡阳中心小学

二、比赛时间:20xx年5月10日

三、比赛地点:中心校乒乓球台

四、比赛人员:(甲组)五六年级每班男女各6名,(乙组)三四年级每班男女各6名

五、比赛项目和方法:

(一)本次比赛分男子单打,女子单打项目。

(二)比赛采用国家体育总局审定的《乒乓球竞赛规则》,比赛采用每局11分制,每场3局2胜制。

(三)男女单打比赛均采用淘汰赛制。

六、名次与奖励

比赛成绩按组别分别取男、女单打前6名(参赛人数不足6名,递减一名录取名次),各组别前6名颁发奖状。

七、有关要求:

1、学生报名单于20xx年4月15日前上报应德兴老师。

2、各班要认真做好宣传和选拔训练工作。

3、比赛学生可自带球拍,比赛时不得用光板击球,否则判失分。

4、比赛球使用40毫米白色乒乓球。

5、未尽事宜,另行通知。

关于举办四——六年级小学生乒乓球比赛的通知

四—六年级各班:

为了深入开展全校健身活动,激发学生运动兴趣,培养学生终身体育的意识,坚持―健康第一‖的指导思想,促进学生健康成长,学校决定举行五、六年级乒乓球比赛,现将乒乓球比赛有关事项通知如下:

一、比赛时间:20xx年11月31日—12月3日中午或课外活动时间(遇特殊情况顺延)。

二、比赛地点:华维体育馆乒乓球场地

三、参赛单位:四——六年级各班(每班男两、女一共三名选手)

四、评奖办法:设男、女单打(各取前3名)及团体(各取前三名)

四、比赛规程见附页。

以上通知希四——六年级各班级班主任做好宣传工作,及时组队训练,争取赛出优异成绩。

乒乓球比赛细则

单打比赛:

1、比赛开始前双方猜发球权,获胜者选择发球或接发球,接发球者获得选择场地权,比赛结束前发球场地固定不变;

2、 采取三局两胜11分制,

3、 发球为两球换发制,当比分达到10:10时采用一球换发制,直至拉开两分得差距决出胜负;

4、 发球时,乒乓球出手即有效;

5、 发球时不得遮挡,并将球抛起;

6、 发球时,乒乓球应先接触发球方桌面,后接触接发球方桌面,未接触桌面者为死球,接发球方得一分;

7、 发球时,乒乓球触网并落在接发球方桌面,发球无效,双方不得分,重新发球;

8、 发球时,乒乓球先接触发球方桌面,没有接触球网,接触接球方桌面边角,为好球,此球有效;

9、 比赛过程中,乒乓球触网为好球,此球有效;

10、比赛过程中,乒乓球触球架,为死球,对方得一分;

11、比赛过程中,乒乓球连续触网两次(触网之后没有落到乒乓球桌面上,而再次触网),为死球,对方得一分;

12、 比赛之中以非握拍手接触桌面,对方得一分,此次对抗结束;

13、 比赛之中对方接球之前以身体各部位接触球台使球台移动,对方得一分,此次对抗结束;

14、 当比赛双方达到1:1进行决胜局时,任何一方比分达到5分双方交换场地;

15、 每局比赛结束之后休息时间为一分钟;

16、 下一局比赛开始时,双方交换场地与发球权;

17、 个人名次以胜一场得2分,负得1分,积分多少定名次,积分相同,以个人之间获得的场次计算,再相同以得失分率排名次。

18、 比赛规则最终解释权归乒乓球比赛裁判组。

团体比赛:

1.以单打比赛成绩胜负得分记入团体总分,个人胜一场得2分,负得1分,最终积分多少定团体名次 ,各年级各取前3, 遇积分相等则名次相同.

孙端镇中心小学20xx年下半年集体备课活动方案

一、工作目标

以研究本册教材教法为主要内容,通过明确研究主题,进行组内合理分工安排,教师个体事先进行具体的钻研,然后在组内进行分析、阐述、质问、交流等活动,达到解决问题,形成共识,产生新的问题,进一步实践探索的循环模式。通过集体备课活动,重点要解决本册教材“教什么,怎么教,为什么教”的问题,一方面可以提高教师个体钻研教材的能力,另一方面又形成合作共享,帮助教师提高工作效率。精心打造一支素质优良的教师团队,努力实践“轻负优质”教育,全面提高教学质量,积极推进素质教育。

二、组织形式

可以单元教材分析为主,分析重点、难点、知识点;可对每一单元的第一篇精读课文进行重点分析,提出分课时要求,重点要让教师清楚每一课时上什么,怎么上。特别是新教师,各备课组长应承担好这个责任。可通过录像课,观摩优秀课堂实录,进行评课,研讨,明确课上什么,怎么上。可在分析的基础上,同

备一节课,并请组内一位教师执教展示。可结合课题,开展“小课题研究“,以小课题带动备课活动,明确一个主题,每次都重点围绕这一主题展开,以发挥集体备课效果的最大化,促使教师的专业成长。

三、组织过程

1、时间安排:第一节:8:00---9:10 第二节:9:20---10:30

2、两个阶段:

第一阶段:1-2位教师主讲,重点分析本章节知识重难点,详细阐述某课或某节内容的教学设计,也可提出问题。

第二阶段:其他教师质疑、交流自已的想法、达成共识,形成新的问题。

3、两级考核:实行备课组长等级评价和校班子成员蹲点考核。

四、具体要求

1、语数和英科(有两名及以上专任教师)学科每学期安排八次集体备课,其他学科集体备课安排在周一至周五,每学期保证两次以上。

2、备课组长要认真组织每一次活动,及时做好签到和评价工作,及时做好交流记录,及时收集好每一次资料,要进一步加强三库建设(教学设计、易错题)

3、主讲人既要从宏观上分析本章节的知识体系,但着重要分析如何理解和处理这一课、这一节或这一个难点。

4、语文课要多留一点时间让学生动手,如写、点点划划等,数学课要多联系生活,从生活动中引入数学,再把数学知识运用到生活中去。英语学科要多一些实践,要培养学生的听力,用多种形式提高学生的口语能力,课堂上要留出时间对学生进行小的检测练习。科学课要加强实验操作,如何实现简单高效。

5、各学科可对本册中的一些重难点的问题单独作为一块内容来研讨,如数学中的应用题、找规律教学,语文低段的识字教学、

如何上好略读课文等。
