暨第六届广西英语翻译大赛组织工作的通知

学校有关单位：

为营造良好地英语学习氛围，增强大学生的英语实用能力，教务处、外国语学院将于20xx年10月26日（星期天）上午9：00-10:00，10：20-11：20分别举办“外研社杯”全国英语写作大赛（初赛）和第六届广西英语翻译大赛（初赛）。为了做好大赛的参赛组织工作，现将比赛有关事项通知如下。

一、比赛形式

两项大赛同一赛场进行，参加写作大赛的选手可以同时参加翻译大赛，也可报名只参加单独一项。

二、参赛资格

在校硕士研究生、本科生、专科学生（含非全日制）。

1.写作大赛 ：1个小时写一篇250—300词的短文。

2.翻译大赛 ：1个小时英译汉（500词短文）和汉译英（5个句子）。

四、比赛地点和时间

1.地点：广西民族大学 （东校区）。

2.时间：20xx年10月26日（星期日），写作初赛：上午9：00—10：00；翻译初赛：10：20—11:20。

五、报名

1、写作大赛报名时间：即日起至10月12日。参赛学生须

在大赛官网（.cn）注册报名，得到本校大赛管理员确认后方可报名成功。

2、翻译大赛报名时间：即日起至10月15日。学生须在本
