Career Plan

Introduction

In the era of today's competition for talent, career planning started to become another important tool in the human battle. For enterprises, how to embody the company needs to be considered firstly. Enterprisesmainly focus on employee talent philosophy, and concern about the continued growth of the employees. So career planning is an effective means for everyone. But vocational life is limited without effective planning, and it will inevitably lead to a waste of life and time. For me, the ultimate career goal is to become a marketing manager. .In order to achieve this goal, I am ready to step-by-step to achieve the ultimate goal. In college, I need to do is to study hard and learn cultural knowledge, enrich my own understanding and broaden my horizon. Five years after graduation, I am going to initially get involved in business management, and in marketing. After graduating from five to fifteen years, I am ready to engage in marketing management. On this basis, I am ultimately to achieve this goal.

The Sales manager is a hot career.A good marketing manager should need to do ideological purity, work style, business skills, and need excellent management.Engaged in marketing management must establish familiarity with company operations. Because of that I just graduated, and lack of work experience, so I plan to start from a marketing-job experience and hope to become a marketing manager in five years. At the same time, consolidate and learn the knowledge of human resource management also needs to be considered, and during this time, I need actively look for opportunities to practice.To become a marketing manager, I was faced with a lot of opportunities. With the economic development and the continued competitiveness of enterprises, in order to improve their efficiency and competitiveness, they need corporate marketing manager for the urgent. But there are also some challenges. For example, their overall quality of the professional team of marketing management requirements becomes higher, so they require a longer period of training. In addition, not all businesses have the employment needs. For me personally, to become a marketing manager, I already have certain conditions. For example, I was learning similar knowledge to the marketing professionalin university, so there is a theoretical basis for me. And I like the challenging and creative career. In addition, I have the strong independence and management capabilities. But there are still some drawbacks. For example, I am not conducive to communication and expression. These bad habits formed a great obstacle for me to achieve my career goals.Due to the following three groups of, my ability and quality have been greatly improved and these activitiesmake me closer to my finial goal.

2.1Teamwork

In this activity, our team is to analyze how to reduce the company's carbon footprint.The research study is to reduce the company's carbon footprint.During this activity, my multifaceted ability has been greatly improved, such as language reading and writing skills, time management skills, team skills, IT skills, stress management skills. In this research activity, I deeply feel that the lack of English reading and

writing skills of me is so serious. In this research activity, in order to finish our task, I took the initiative and we need to communicate often. On the other hand, by writing the research report, my English writing skill was also improved. In my future academic research, language reading and writing skills enhancement can help me overcome the barriers that often keep me from effectively learning the English language. With multiple ways to interact with others, I can feel less anxious about simultaneously mastering a language and learning subject-area content. Research activities can be more effective to improve the practical ability for me. For example, I arranged study time should be less than 2 hours a day, including homework, do the self-test questions andwith half an hour to one hour to review the front-learned information, and exchange learning problems with classmates or partners. Team skills refer to the establishment of the teamand work as a team, and make the team working efficiently. When I was working in the team, not only should I have a personal capacity, but also need me to do everything in a different location and need of the ability to co-ordinated with other members.(BOYD, 2009)In the research activity which means to reduce the company's carbon footprint, our team worked very well and cooperates perfectly. Our team was good at collecting information, and was good at summing up. I also learned how to use my strengths to help the team. BecauseI am good at doing PPT, so I finished the PPT. On the other hand, we need to download the relevant literature in the database, as well as related software reports, which were greatly enhanced our IT skills. Social skills are particularly important.As a team leader, I need to communicate with each member of the teamand handle different views, and make team members to accept the different views of others.In order to allow them to better resolve conflicts, I let them express their respective understanding of the differences, and then let the group choose collective decision-making to resolve conflicts(Wang and Amato, 2000). When the results come out, I found there is a conflict of two members, and then resolve the contradictions between them, and they later became good friends. During this activity, we also faced problems which made us feel pressed. At the beginning of this task, we wasted a lot of time, when the task time near the end , all of our team felt the pressure.As a leader, I felt nervous most, and then I made an important decision and let each one to choose to do things which they do well in. And we stay up night together, and we motivate each other, and finally we completed within the stipulated time.So this research activity is very important to my improvement. 2.2 The corporate visits

About the aspects of visiting the enterprise, I visited the Tekmar energy enterprises. The Tekmar energy companies committed to renewable energy industry, especially offshore wind farm submarine cable protection system (Hull, 1997). Tekmar energy enterprises although is a unit of energy, but it is also very stressed of the management, as well as on the research of the electricity market.Tekmar energy enterprises stressed that the rational use of the time is not simply look at whether you are filled with a variety of work within the working hours, but the things that you have done. When

Iwas in this company, I found that most staffs of Tekmar energy enterpriseswork very hardly and they are busy from morning till night. They are not only busy with variety of work,but also finding time to continue to work outside working time. In addition, the company also often organizes every member of it to participate in other activitiesto expand theirskills, and to improve the teamwork during the activity(Ashand Dabija, 2000). Learn from this visit, we understand the importance of the formulation of the allocation, so we developed detailed work assignments in research activities, our team is responsible for different tasks, which had greatly improved our ability to cooperate, and we made a great improvement in communication and collaboration.(Drucker,2007）As shown in Annex I, it is the learning log of mine during the visit ofTekmar energy enterprises.

2.3 The skills Ihave developed and how they may help in my future career

Future development for me, I hope I can significantly improve my academic abilitythrough all kinds of learning. In the research activities, mylanguage reading and writing skills, time management skills, team skills, IT skills, stress management skills, social skills and ability all improved, and I will be able to apply to future academic study.(Routledge,2007)

? English reading and writing skills is very important for academic research, writing academic papers need to consult a lot of literature and learning theory literature, which require a high level of English reading and writing skills. In the future when I will be close to graduation, and when I'll be able to receive higher education, I will need to publish high level academic papers, so it requires the high level of English ability. Therefore, I usually read the journal literature materials, including theoretical material and practical business case, usually write a small essay article(Dabija,2000). ? Time management skills is also very important to every student,and it need more reasonable arrangement of various courses of study time, the extracurricular research time and entertainment exercise time. It is very important to improve the efficiency of school life. In order to balance the various courses of study time, I will develop good learning schedule each semester before class, and it is useful to review the work seriously after-school. I will try to arrange after-school research work in the course. In addition, I will arrange a weekend day for sports and entertainment, and make sure to get enough relax and to be able to better ensure the health and improve learning.

? In each of the after-school research activities, teamwork is also very important. Through the research activities of learning, I understand how to ensure the cooperation in a team with other members. I think that if one can communicate effectively with the members of the team, then the team is the best team. So if I will in the future research activities, I should make goodcommunication with other members of the team, and listen to the views of other members. I think that by this way, the team can improve their chances(Routledge,2007).Because someone else has more chance to get improvement by observing and learning the advantages of others,and can improve their own inadequacies and enrich their experience.

? With the continuous deepening of learning, I will encounter a lot of difficulties, and in the research activities, improve stress management ability makes me better able to face and deal with these difficulties. First of all, to face up tothese pressures, I need to maintain a good attitude, and be not afraid of these difficulties. Second, the analysis of these difficulties is also needed. Then, for communication with teachers and friends, it needs me to take effective measures to solve these problems. (Cottrell, 2001)

? In the later study, I will pay more attention to the improvement of IT skills, first of all in the usual subscription books on computer skills, and improve my computer knowledge.

? Social skills on my learning is also very important. I'll use the social skills learned in this event, and business practice in the future learning, in practice to improve my own. After each practice, I should summarize my own analysis of where I need to improve.

3. Conclusion

In order to better achieve my goals in life, I can control my own practice,which is based on individual circumstances andneed me make a reasonable career planning. In the process of growing, and constantly enhance my personal charm, take my own road of life. In this paper, I make a simple analysis of the advantages and disadvantages that I face to make the dream come true.Trough the career planning, I clearly understand what I need to improve, and to establish the direction of my own and, so that I can make my own remained stable and normal state of mind, in accordance with the goals and ideals of progressive efforts (Kolb,1984). However, the reality is unknown and changeable.This requires that we should to be sober-minded and need us to be equipped with a comprehensive range of the cognitive.Everyone has their own ideals and beliefs, aspirations and pursuit, and everyone is eager to success in this process, but we must keep the faith and work hard to our goals. As shown in Annex II, itis one of the Professional Development Plans of mine.I hope that through continuous efforts and progress, Ican achieve my ultimate goalstep by step. Reference
