3、建立资源库,分配资源;查看资源相关图表;

4、 检查、调整、修改,直至符合要求;

The report describes the "School Scheduling System" recent research and development, future development direction and encountered some problems. Let the reader know the background of system development, business process, functional implementation, technical support, maintenance management, development progress and future research and development.

Project Description

The emergence from the computer until today, has been involved in computer applications at all levels, its powerful features have been for people to deepen their understanding, it has entered into all fields of human society and play an increasingly important role. "School Scheduling System" is a very useful feature software, the management of the school will play a significant role, is the use of computers to solve everyday problems of the standard expression. Curriculum organization and management of academic activities in school is very important work, which involves a wide range of constraints, and schools Scheduling System is based on the content of teaching programs as well as some constraints automatically generated curriculum, thereby reducing the workload of Scheduling, Scheduling to improve the efficiency and science. This implementation of teacher resources, classroom resources, time resources, curriculum resources integrated management. Course Scheduling System through the establishment of mathematical models using genetic algorithms for problem solving, and then generate the curriculum. Automated Course Scheduling System will allow the school the school's curriculum plan management more standardized, systematic procedures, and improve information processing speed and accuracy, timely, accurate and effective query and modify the course of.

Project Scope

Research and development of the system has the following major points, but also to achieve its basic functions, divided into five modules:

1 Basic Information module:

(1) teaching time set: The main setting for a different school hours arrangements, such as classes week is six days or five days course, is a six-day class or eight lessons, there is no uniform public school classes and so on.

(2) Class Information: Record number of students per class, the class teacher who is other information.

(3) Course Information: The main task is to record the Timetable which courses will be.

(4) Teacher Information: Scheduling tasks in this record of all classroom teachers.

(5) classroom information: Scheduling tasks in the main record used classrooms, each classroom can accommodate the number.

In this section, there is a teaching program module. Record a curriculum plan, which if the teacher taught a few classes a week, the need for section classes even if the experimental classes, whether designated classrooms and other information.

2 Scheduling rules module:

3 Timetable module manually:

(2) teachers to adjust: the classroom teachers to make adjustments.

4 lesson plans query module:

(1) Total Timetable Enquiries: For all classes within the school curriculum is based on two keyword query can be retrieved, the class teacher keyword or keyword.

(2) class curriculum inquiry: a class will be listed here in the curriculum of the week, classroom teachers, classrooms and other information.

5 Automatic Scheduling: to meet the conditions and generate the database randomly assigned to courses.

Most recently the main interface design, interface design of each function, and write the corresponding code. This part of the work start time is 2011-11-12, 2011-12-19 expected to end. Have been completed within the stipulated time.

Future Work

The next work, I use the code of each module will be linked, connect to the database, in order to achieve the functionality required to achieve. In this process, but also for system testing and data backup. This part of the work is expected March 28, 2012 to complete.

Conclusion

So far, the project is proceeding as planned. Although some problems may affect the schedule, but can be solved, not encountered major problems in the latter part of the work has not anticipated any major problems. Note that the time to grasp, to make full use of various resources, the system is successfully completed.
