TBFDLLIMIT/ TBFULLIMIT 和ODPDCHLIMIT参数 调整专题优化

1 调整原因

手机用户反映一些小区有时第一次打不通，再打就通了。

2 原因分析

数据分析显示，由于近期数据业务量大增，一些小区特别在晚忙时，临时数据业务信道占到可用TCH信道的80%以上，甚至短时达到100%；

尽管话音业务级别高于数据业务，但是此时话音接入时需要清空数据业务信道，但预清空是有时间的，这样就有可能造成瞬时用户打不通电话的现象。

3 TBFDLLIMIT/ TBFULLIMIT和ODPDCHLIMIT作用

TBFDLLIMIT/ TBFULLIMITR是一个BSC级参数，默认值是2，R10以前，TBFDLLIMIT设定了一个PDCH中可承载的下行TBF个数，当属于同一个PSET中的所有PDCH上承载的下行TBF数量平均值大于或等于TBFDLLIMIT时，下一个TBF将会分配至其它的PSET，但该参数不是强制性参数，当没有另一个PSET可以使用时，新的TBF仍然可以共享在原先的PSET上，直至达到8。

以TBFDLLIMIT为例，对于下行多时隙能力为3的手机，当第一个PSET中承载3个TBF（即3个MS）时，PSET1中的4个PDCH上承载的TBF数是9（1＋3＋3＋2），平均值为2.25，超过了TBFDLLIMIT，系统就会分配新的PSET，第4个TBF（即MS4）会被指派到PSET2上。

对于4时隙手机，则第3个TBF（即MS3）就会指派到PSET2。

因此最终导致系统是否发起分配新的PSET不但与该参数有关，还与手机时隙等级有关。如果以3个下行时隙的手机为例，在TBFDLLIMIT为1时，第3台MS的到来会导致系统发起第2个PSET的分配，TBFDLLIMIT为2时，第4台MS会引起分配新PSET，TBFDLLIMIT为3时，第5台MS会引起分配新PSET，TBFDLLIMIT为4时，第7部MS会引起分配新PSET。

R12后，TBFDLLIMIT/ TBFULLIMIT的值扩大了10倍，默认值是20，相当原来的2，作用和意义与原来相同，只是设置比原来细化了，可设置成21---29等等，是一个平均值概念。

4 调整TBFDLLIMIT/ TBFULLIMIT的目的

现网中TBFDLLIMIT/ TBFULLIMIT的默认设置是20，希望在每个PSET上平均占用3个数据用户以上就分配第二个PSET，从而保证用户的下载速率和用户感受，这在数据用户量较少是是有好处的；

但现在数据用户量激增的情况下，为了满足数据用户需要，大量的TCH转换成On Demand PDCH供数据业务使用，而目前默认设置小区的所有TCH都可以转换成On Demand PDCH，从而导致话音信道不足，瞬时不能满足话音用户的需要。

这样调整可以使每个PSET共享更多的用户，减少数据业务对TCH的占用，但是不好的是降低每个用户的下载速率。

5 BSC1和BSC3调整后效果分析

17日晚18：30，将投诉相对集中的BSC1的TBFDLLIMIT/ TBFULLIMIT由20调整到25，BSC3的TBFDLLIMIT/ TBFULLIMIT由20调整到30；取调整后19：00-24：00的累计值作为对比：

>RAEPP：ID=ALL；

? 降低了PDCH峰值总数，这就是我们的目的，即减少了最大占用TCH的

数量，为话音留出了更多信道；而PDCH预清空次数和PDCH分配失败次数都有所降低，PDCH预清空次数下降可以看出有更多的话音信道可以使用了。

? 从下表可以看到：TBFLIMIT调整后我们最担心的上下行速率下降的问题

并没有下降很大，和以前相差不大，而平均分配PDCH数和平均占用

PDCH数下降了。

6 关于控制数据业务信道On –Demand PDCH数量问题

R12版本后，增加了一个小区级参数ODPDCHLIMIT（On-demand Packet Data

Channel (PDCH) limit ，是一个百分比值，可以控制小区级可用于做PDCH的

On-demand信道的比例，默认值是100%，即所有空闲话音信道必要时都可以转

换为On-demand PDCH，指令如下：

RLGAC:CELL=cell[,CHGR=chgr][,ODPDCHLIMIT=odpdchlimit];

风险：

在数据业务量比较大的，几乎所有信道都可能被On-demand PDCH占用的小

区，如果遇话音业务增加，On-demand PDCH不能立刻转换成TCH，可能会造

成语音TCH拥塞；

如果将ODPDCHLIMIT设置小于100，如果数据业务量很大时，也会造成PDCH

分配失败；

实际上，这仍然是一个语音业务和数据业务争夺资源的问题，最终还是信道资源

的分配和利用问题，看用户更注重哪方面业务！

承德县CDD101A应用实例：

承德县中心站CDD01A小区，是一个1800M小区，Layer为1，由于1800小区级别高，质量好，所以数据用户优先占用CDD01A小区，该小区共有70个TCH可用信道，减去4个固定的PDCH，还有66个话音信道可供On-demand PDCH使用， 3月16日23：00-0：00最多时有64个被数据业务占用，也就是说只剩下两个TCH可供话音使用，这是如果再有话音用户打电话就可能无法接通。 17日，将CDD01A的ODPDCHLIMIT设成80，66TCH*80%+4 fixed

PDCH=57，即最多可以有57个TCH作为数据业务信道，由下表18日20：00-24：00期间，最多只有57个PDCH，PDCH预清空次数和PDCH分配失败次数相比16日都有所降低 ,可以看出这个参数起到了好的作用；

现场测试反映打不通的情况比原来减少了，19日上午，又将ODPDCHLIMIT由80减少到60，为话音信道再预留一些信道，保证话音业务不受影响。

统计19日晚忙时PDCH占用，66TCH*60%+4 fixed PDCH=44个，实际占用45个，PDCH预清空次数没有了，说明数据业务信道挤占话音信道的情况减少了，当地用户19日晚拨打测试，电话全部接通，但是，PDCH分配失败次数增加了，说明数据业务信道不能满足用户需要，数据用户感知度不好了，建议将ODPDCHLIMIT调到60-70之间一个合适的值。

Before the exam TEM4 we saw a film called The Blind Side on the English listening class. And it indeed moved me. I admire Leigh Anne very much, and I think she is not a normal women. She not only changed Micheal, but also made the world know that there should be love all over the world, so it can be more beautiful and there will be less tragedy.

The Blind Side is a 2009 American semi-biographical sports drama film. It is written and directed by John Lee Hancock, and based on the 2006 book The Blind Side: Evolution of a Game by Michael Lewis. The storyline features Michael Oher, an offensive lineman who plays for the Baltimore Ravens of the NFL. The film follows Oher from his impoverished upbringing, through his years at Wingate Christian School (a fictional representation of Briarcrest Christian School in Memphis, Tennessee), his adoption by Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy, to his position as one of the most highly coveted prospects in college football, then finally becoming a first round pick in the NFL by the Baltimore Ravens .

From the film we can know that family and football were two things Michael Oher had never experienced in his life. But they ultimately became the two things that changed his life forever.

The first spot that moved me was that the coach Clinton said that forget the game, you do it not because of the game but it is the right thing to do. In deed, how can there be so many you should do this and should not do that? We do whatever it is right and we want to. I was determined to do anything and everything required, because if you love what you’re doing, you are going to give one hundred and ten percent.

As for a boy whose IQ is only 80 he even do not know he should knock the door before get into the classroom also has a heart,he knows who treat him well. Oh I thought there was no backdoor in America, but I donnot know if Michael’s enroll is a backdoor way. It’s a beautiful happy family. S.J. who was the first to befriend Michael at school is so cute,and also his coach, which felt really cool. He is very loyal to his big brother and is going to do whatever he can to help him. He helps coach him on how to play football, and I think S.J. has a lot of responsibility for Michael becoming a starting left tackle in college. I really do. Collins is very beautiful and has a good family but she is not arrogant and discriminate Michael at all. And it surprised me a lot. The family seemed to have all the success and joy in the world, but when Michael showed up, it was as if he was the final piece to the puzzle.

When the game began, he do not know what to do. Leigh Anne said this team is your family and you have to protect them…Tony is your quarterback. You protect his blind side. When you look at him think of me. How you have my back. I think it’s really a good way to record the life with cameras. It will be memories.

When the game began, the old man said something bad, and made S.J. Angry, and want to do something to him. But Leigh Anne said the spit cannot drench you. But she call one names of the old man. It’s a way to educate children to be calm down. When

Michael won, she said that is her boy! So proudly and so affirmly.

It is always hard to give something up. She is a though woman How can you explain that kind of energy? By the end of one day with Leigh Anne, I was exhausted. She manages to do what she wants to do in the manner she wants to do it. She doesn’t care what it takes; she just gets it done her way. But in the end she give up. I cannot forget she say that it’s your desasion, it’s your life. It not only moved Michael, but also me. At last, Michael said Mississippi is where my family study! So I want to study there. He said so confidently and affirmly. All I can say is, if there were more Leigh Anne, the world would be a better-run, more harmonious and more productive place...as long as it was by her rules. It was terrifying to think of playing her, but it was a challenge I couldn’t say no to. She’s such an amazing person.

It shows that you can be a good Samaritan and it can benefit you as much as the person you’re helping. I think it’s very entertaining, but it’s also very powerful.

With men this is possible, with God all things are possible. Everything needs to hold on and never give up. Love it, protect it, do it and succeed it! Everyone got the heart, never dare to ignore it.
