It's a really instructive story, which inspires me to think more. In our daily life, we face all kinds of difficulties. Everyone needs help and only those who are ready to help can get help from others. So we should learn from the farmer in the story to share our good experience with others and cooperate towards our goals.

Take global cooperation for example. As we all know, countries are increasingly interdependent. When they work together to solve their problems, the world becomes more peaceful and harmonious. If the people all over the world are willing to cooperate, trade and economy

improves, the standard of living improves, and there are fewer conflicts or wars. But if countries act selfishly, it will create distrust, poor economic and trade relations, conflicts. Some countries may even lead to wars, which hurts the people of all nations. If all the countries can cooperate with each other, and work together, the world will advance greatly and all the nations will share benefits and profit from balanced development.

If countries act selfishly and don't help the Japanese, not only will the local people suffer, but the problems of radiation may spread to affect the rest of us. But if we all co-operate and help each other, then the problem can hopefully be solved, which will be of benefit not only to the Japanese people, but to the rest of the world as well.

Dear Editor,

I’m a student from a southern flood-stricken area. Two years ago our hometown was attacked /ruined by a terrible flood and the local people lost most of their possessions, and so did my family. To our comfort, people throughout the country gave us a lot of help, and a student from a city posted me a suit.

I love and treasure the suit very much but some of my classmates say it’s already old, worn-out, dirty, and out of date and they even advise me to throw it away. Actually, I’ll never do that,and instead I’ll be grateful to my friend and treasure the suit forever. I think it is an act of selfless love and care from a student in our country, so I will keep it forever!
