My habits

I am a 13-year-old girl.I think I have a good body! I have some good habits, such as : I never stay up late, because I must have enaugh sleep . I usually read books before going to bed. I eat fruit vagetables and drink milk, every day. And I often help with housework.

However , I have a few bad hobits, too. I ususlly go online for fun . I watch TV every day. I hardly ever exercise, because I feel playing sports is boring and tired.

All in all , I am a healthy girl , I have a good body. Because my good habits are more than bad habits. For my bad habits , I decide to change[改变] them.
