Z Through two preliminary round of our competition，we are glad to have ten contestants from different departments joining tonight’s competition.

C 在经过之前两轮的循环赛之后，我们很高兴选出了10名来自不同院部的选手参加今晚的比赛。

Z Now we would like to introduce you the rules of tonight’s competition.

C 现在我们将为大家介绍一下今晚的比赛规则。

Z There are four round of the competition. In the first round, each contestants are supposed to introduce himself in one minute. In the second round, all ten contestants will be divided into five groups, each contestants will give a three minutes prepared speech to their partner and answer one question proposed by their partner. After the speaker finishes his speech, the partner will in turn give his speech and answer one question given by the first speaker.

C 比赛一共分为四轮。在第一轮，每位选手将有一分钟的时间进行自我介绍。在第二轮，十名选手将分成五组。每组的第一位演讲者将有三分钟的时间完成定题演讲，在演讲之后回答他的搭档所提出的一个问题。在第一位演讲者回答完问题后，他的搭档将同样做一个三分钟的定题演讲并回答问题。

Z In the third round, each contestants will give an impromptu speech in three minutes. After the speech, the contestants are supposed to answer one question giving by our judges. In the last round, each contestants will have three minutes to give us a talent show.

C 在第三轮，每位选手将进行三分的即兴演讲并回答评委所提出的一个问题。最后一轮是才艺展示环节，每位选手将有三分钟的时间向大家展示他们的风采。 Z After the competition. We will be giving rewards to all the contestants. Altogether there will be six third prize winners, three second prize winners, one first

prize winner and one best popularity winner.

C 比赛之后我们将为所有选手进行颁奖，其中三等奖6名，二等奖3名，一等奖1名，最佳人气奖1名。

Fred，今天能够邀请到这么多的评委和嘉宾到场 我真的感到非常的荣幸啊！

That’s right！well, we have succeeded in inviting so many excellent judges and guests who are experts in their own fields of specialization.

And now let’s welcome our president to give an opening speech of tonight’s competition. Let’s warmly welcome.

现在我们有请 为本次大赛致开幕词.大家掌声欢迎！ Thank you. Thank you for your opening speech. 非常感谢 的精彩致辞。

Ladies and gentlemen, we have 3 parts for tonight’s competition.

The first part is prepared speech, your speech should be made on the topic: “10th anniversary celebration of our college” after all the contestants finish their prepared speeches, the panel of judge gets to ask questions. The contestants need to answer them and show their clarity of thoughts and wit. This is good for 5mins. The second part is role play, more than two contestants will cooperate each other. This is good for 5mins. The last part is dubbing. This is good for 3 mins.

下面我来介绍一下今晚的比赛环节.今晚的比赛分为3个环节

1主题演讲:每位选手围绕“广师天河学院十周年校庆”进行主题演讲

2.情景对话：两位或三位选手为一组从不同情景中选择一个进行情景对话，情景有：（1）十年前的天河学院 角色：学生,老师,村民（2）建立英语村后的天河学院 角色:学生,学生,外教,老师（3）现在的天河学院 角色:新生,师兄,家长,老师（4）未来的天河学院 角色:领导,建筑师,建筑工人 3.电影配音：两位选手为一组从不同的电影片段中选择一段进行配音

Ok, let’s briefly announce the 6 criteria for judging. They are as follows:

1. delivery of the speech,20points.This includes fitting the theme, voice quality and also the mastery of the speech.

2. pronunciation and intonation,20points.This includes your natural tone, your clarity and correctness.

3. vocabulary and grammar, 20points. This includes the right choice of the word and grammatical accuracy.

4. fluency, 20points. This includes your appropriate speed

5. expressions, 10points. This includes your ample expression, and your appropriate gesture.

6. stage presence, 10points. This includes self confidence, the passion and good manners. And the total score is 100.

下面让我们简单的了解下比赛的评分规则： 1）参赛内容 （20分）：切合主题，内容丰富，形式创意 2）语音语调（20分）：发音标准，发音清晰，语调自然 3）词汇语法（20分）：用词恰当，无语法错误 4）流畅性（20分）：表达流利，语速流畅自然 5）表情，肢体语言（10分）：表情丰富，有恰当的手势 6）精神面貌，服装礼仪（10分）：感情充沛，仪表大方

Our judges shall give scores in a fair and objective manner. All the contestants shall be given equal opportunities to perform, and without bias

我们的评委将会以“公平, 公正，公开”为原则，为今天的所有参赛选手进行评分。本次大赛组委会将会对所有选手进行公正的评比！

During the competition, our panel of judges will follow the criteria and the audience can keep this in mind, you can choose your best contestant of today’s competition.

（1）tianhe college in ten years ago, the contestants will play a role of a student, teacher and a villager.

（1）十年前的天河学院 角色：学生,老师,村民

（2）after building up the English village’s tianhe college. The contestants are going to act as students, foreign teacher and Chinese teacher. （2）建立英语村后的天河学院 角色:学生,学生,外教,老师 （3）toady’s tianhe college, the contestants will act to be a freshman in the college, higher grade student in the college, and parents and teacher.

（3）现在的天河学院 角色:新生,师姐,家长,老师

（4）tianhe college in the future, the contestants will act as a president, architect and a constructor.

（4）未来的天河学院 角色:领导,建筑师,建筑工人
