My Opinion on Cheating in Examinations

It is known to us all that some students cheat in examinations at school. There are several reasons for it. Firstly, as students, we often take exams at school, but sometimes we have too many exams which are too hard for us. Secondly, some of us want to get better results to please their parents and teachers. But instead of working hard to achieve their aim, they idle their time away. So when taking exams, they sometimes cheat, which leads to their further laziness in studies.

In my opinion, it is wrong to cheat in exams because it is a kind of dishonest behavior and it breaks the rules of school. We students should be honest and study hard to get good results. So we shouldn’t cheat in exams.

English Online made a survey on what junior school students do in their spare time. Here is the result.

After school, 60% of them study and read books or do homework at home. 5% watch TV and 15% play computer games. 20% do sports or play outdoors with classmates or friends. I have much homework do to in my free time. So I have little time to do what I like. I think study is not the only important thing for children. Children need to do sports to keep healthy. They need more time to do different activities to learn things that they can’t get from books.
