感叹句

感叹句（Exclamation）是一种特殊的表达强烈感情的句式。表达强烈感情有多种多样得手段，比如陈述句、疑问句、祈使句、甚至一个词组、一个词都可以通过强势语调、加强重音、修饰音色、甚至伴以相应的动作和表情变成感叹句，以表达强烈的感情。E.g: I wish I had your brain! 我多么希望有你那样的头脑！ I’m so afraid they’ll get lost! 我恐怕他们是迷路了吧！ Aren’t these roses lovely? 这些玫瑰多美啊!

Look! Donn’t try any nonsense with us! 注意点儿！别和我们说没用的！ If only you’d asked me earlier! 要是你早点儿问我就好了！ Splendid! 太好了！

感叹句也可以用一种特殊的、专门的表达强烈感情的句式，这种句式主要有两种句型，一种是以What开头，另一种是以How 开头。E.g:

How careless she is!

How fluently she speaks English!

How he snored!(打鼾)

How dare you speak to me like that!

(idm 习语) how `dare you, he, she, etc (used to express indignation at the actions of others 用以表示对他人举动的愤慨): How dare you suggest that I copied your notes! 你竟敢认为我抄了你的笔记! * How dare he take my bicycle without even asking! 他怎麽连问都不问就敢把我的自行车骑走了!) What an intelligent boy he is!

What 与 How 引导的感叹句的区别

Ⅰ. What+(a/an)+adj+n+(S+V)

以what开头的感叹句以名词为中心， 主语和谓语可以省略，E.g: What a beautiful (she is)!

What a good What delicious (they are)!

上述三个例子中girl, day , food 为中心词，主语和谓语都可以省略。 Ⅱ. How+adj/adv+S+V

以how开头的感叹句以形容词或者副词为中心，主语和谓语不可以省略，E.g: How 中心词 主语 谓语

A.What B. What a C.How D.How a

答案A. Weather 为不可数名词， B，D排除。C为how + adj. 后面不应该有名词。只有A，符合句型what + 形容词 + 不可数名词。

A. What a time B.What time C. How a time D. How time 答案A. 感叹句分两类：

1. What + n + 主谓部分

2. How + adj./ adv./v. + 主谓部分

本题属于第一种，但省略了bad, 相当于What a bad time I had! 这是个习惯用语。
