What Should College Graduates Do

Last week, GuangXi higher school double choose have been held in GuangXi university at west stadium. Out of curiosity, I went to see it.

When I arrived there were so more people than I used to imagine. The people with the resume were so busy. Some of them were lining up, some were preparing the interview. They seemed to have a full preparation. Of course , they looked like confident and excellent.

But, I found a strange phenomenon that some jobs, such as accounting, attracted a great number of applicants, while there were only few people for the argricultural vocation, which made me puzzled and thoughtful. All of a sudden, I thought of social employment problem of college graduates, not only NaNning, also in BeiJing、ShangHai、GuangZhou and etc. According to the lastest statistics, comparing with the number of college college graduates last year, it increases by 19 million to 630 million this year, which is a huge quantity.

Owing to the huge number of college graduates today, there is no doubt that it is difficult to get an honorable position. But what causes this phenomenon? Personally, I think they are extremely eager to find a well-paid job in big city. It is the same with American who always likes to bully some small countries with rich oil. They often flaunt themselves: I am a college student, you are nothing but a farmer. Everyday they are busy looking for a simple and relaxed job in state-owned enterprises, and

negat some more meaningful jobs. But unfortunately, some of them have no abilities and opportunities to find such work. What a pity!

Actually, the employment of college graduates is tough problem we have to face. Now, I have some advice for these college graduates. Firstly, knowing yourself thoroughly. Next, enriching and broading your horizon. It will make you in a better position. Last but not the least, severing people. If all college graduates go into the city, the city will become bigger and bigger, while the countryside will get poorer and poorer. So act right now, devote your energy and knowledge to rural areas.

The employment of undergraduate

As we know,nowadays a large number of graduates face

up a tough job market when they graduate,which has become a social focus-on problem. If this problem is not be alleviated in time,the situation will be severe.

In order to settle this problem,first of all,we should find

out the reasons that generate it.Generally speaking, we can summarize from the subjective and objective aspects.As for the subjective aspect, it is the personal reasons that lead to the employment difficulty.On one

side ,some graduates’own comprehensive quality can not meet the needs of the society.At present,some college students have backward

consciousness, they just take the course learning,neglecting other ability exercise.Theory breaks from the pratice seriously.On the other side,part of the university students’employment idea can not adapt to the

requirments of the times.As the college students’employment system has changed,there are still some students can not recognize the situation clearly with high expectations.For the objective way,society is the main factor .The development of the urban and rural is unbalanced. The social security is also not perfect.Some students do not want to go to the poor places. Besides,the personnel reforms lag and the indequate talent market are against the employment of undergraduate.Furthermore,the lagged reforms of colleges and universities are the important causes of difficult

graduates employment.

The situation of the employment of undergraduate is so

serious that we should take some measures to solve the problem of

employment difficulty of college students.In the first place,the economy should be developed and adequate jobs should be provided.Further improve society’capacity to absorb labor and efforts to increase job opportunities ,which employment problems will naturaly have a certain mitigation.Secondly,adjusting employment policies is an effective way to creat a good environment for employment.Thirdly,universities should deepen education reform,improve the education quality and make the employment work.Lastly, the college students should improve comprehensive quality to meet the needs of the society.
