Present situation in graduates’ seeking jobs

Hello everyone! Today I am goanna talk something about graduates’ plight in finding jobs.

As we can see in recent years, the meaning of the word “graduation” has stood for another word: Unemployment. Why would this situation occur?

I list three main factors that probably lead to the above strange phenomena, which are:

scarce positions; differences between education and employment; high pressure.

Competition among graduates is growing more and more fiercely. The speed of growing number of new positions can hardly satisfy the number of graduates every year. Facing this grim situation, many returnees compromised and choose those jobs offering little salary with no requirements in which they likely wasting what they have learned abroad. Therefore finding a job which matches someone’s all requests has become an “Arabian Nights”.

Secondly, education in china only focuses on teaching knowledge rather than developing skills which exactly are the most valuable point when hiring a staff. We know how a plane flies, why a light shines, but even when the fuse is broken, we behave like the end of the world is coming. Companies require people who can bring values instead of learning how to bring values from the beginning. This sort of differences makes most of the graduates not reach the basic requirements of a professional position.

Last but not least, everyone is facing pressure from life. Earning high salary in Shanghai is essential if you wish to enjoy your life not only to survive. But graduates are often subconsciously divided into different levels: 985, 211, or none well-known universities. Different levels of graduates get different feedback from work while they are facing the same society and consumption level. HR judge graduates by the degree of education from the first glance of their resumes. Some excellent but graduated from unwell-known universities do not even have an opportunity to get an interview. The pressure of tinted glass in choosing graduates is unfair but inevitable.

Accept those are acceptable and change those are unacceptable. Everyone is experiencing this situation. We should learn to increase our own value so that jobs seeking us than we seeking jobs.

Nowadays, more and more university graduates complain（抱怨） that graduation does not equate to employment（职业）. They experience（经历） great difficulties finding satisfactory jobs. What is the cause of this phenomenon（现象）。

In my opinion, there are four causes:

First, graduates lack experience. They spend most of their time at school studying academic subjects（学科） and lack relevant（有关的） job training（工作训练）. Only after graduation do they realize it’s hard to find jobs.

Second, competition among graduates grows more bitter and more bitter and bitter. The supply（供应） of university graduates exceeds（超过） social demand（需要）. This results in a decreased chance for any individual graduate to find a job. Third, some students don’t study hard. Some of them skip classes（逃课） just because they have no interest in certain subjects. Some play computer games or pursue other interests. Some sleep in class or in the library. Then they leave the sheltered environment of the university campus, to discover they don’t have adequate

knowledge to apply for many positions, which makes them feel lost and frustrated. ? Finally, some graduates are conceited（自负）. They lack experience and ability but ask for

a high salary, which is impractical.

So, university students should try their best to change this situation. When they are in school, they should make the most of their time and put their heart into their studies. They can hold part-time jobs in their spare time to accumulate relevant work experience. They should take part in some social activities and provide themselves with special training, if possible. When they graduate and apply for jobs, they should attach more importance to accumulating experience than to their starting salary.

As is shown in the chart above,we can see clearly that the employment rate of college students is more and more low year by year.In 1993,the rate is 93percent,1995 is 91percent and in 1997,it hae down to 90percent.

There are reasons here. Frist,as the job market gets shrinking, but jobs which society provided is limited. Second,it's easy for some students to find work. But the fact is that some students think the salary is so low that they don't want to do the job, they except to find a easy work with a higher salary.Third, with more students get into university, there's no shoreage of a appropriate /suitable employee,so,graduates face fierce competition.

As far as I'm concerned, pressure is not only an obstacle but also a motivity.Students who are in colleges must work harder than before to keep their competitiveness. Only in this way shoud we adapt the competitive society. I believe through their hardwork they'll get a satisfied job.(有图表的，自己考试的题目)

大学生恋爱

Campus love isn't a newly-born phenomenon. Some people are strongly against it while some others think it's natural. I don't advocate it. The reasons are as follows. First of all, undergraduates are neither fully psychologically mature nor able to assume the responsibility, especially freshmen and sophomores.

Second, they may indulge in it, thus dilapidate their study, which isn't rare. Third, some just take advantage of it to kill time, avoid boredom with much time at their own disposals, have someone keep company, etc. What's more, some change dating "partners" frequently, holding a paradox opinion that they could show off their charm or accumulate experience, but more often than not, they would leave a bad impression, such as lacking the sense of responsibility, on others, especially their former sweethearts. Last, the proportion of successful couples is too low. The overwhelming majority reach the same end-parting just before graduation, forced by reality, etc.

So, look before you leap, discard campus love and make a wiser decision after graduation.

As it is known, when we are in high school, we all have a constant goal that is to get the entrance to college, and hard work is out of question for the following. So we gain the notice to college finally which we often dream of in the nights, which proves a proverb that the god doesn’t live up to someone who spends time and efforts, please memorize the sentence for good.

Of course one day we went to college in August or September happily and proudly, but at the same time something happened that it made your heart pounding fiercely, by the way, that is love for many college students. And then they miss the directions and their selves as well for their lives. Next I am to express that I am neutral for falling in love in college, however I have some ideas to illustrate of my own. Firstly, if you are passers-by, I think we will find a lot about several couples of boyfriends and girlfriends under the dorms or dim corners or in the classes without

anybody for close postures, as youngsters, it is normal without asking cause about that. Secondly, even worth mentioning is that many young boys and girls couldn’t attend classes and courses instead of traveling to some sceneries and sight places or doing other things only to turn out them loved each other temporarily. Thirdly, especially to most of freshmen, please don’t be influenced by the phenomenon that a number of students who finds anther half called by them selves proudly, because I think persons are different from each other, different characters, backgrounds and aims. But there is one point to obey if you actually want to have an attempt the feeling for love at first sight: it is , whenever you and I am, the learning and the work is the most principle rather than love is the first and work second, for we aren’t children and teenagers anymore, in the future society needs a comprehensive qualifications, profound and extensive knowledge persons, meanwhile in college you are in the state of half foot to society which time is a most important process to exercise and experience before stepping to complicated and complex society, and therefore we are supposed to spend much time in learning instead. What are mentioned above are only my opinions, believing that others have more perfect for falling in love in college.If you are falling love with somebody in college right now,please do yourself to be a excelent college student.
