体育激励人生(英语演讲作文)

The power of Sports in Personal Development: Lessons about Life that We Get from Sports I remembered that many years ago I watched a movie called <the pursuit of happiness>.There was a lines impressed me deeply. It was ‘when you have a dream, you gotta to protect it’. Everyone has a dream and our dreams are so precious. We need and we have to protect it.

But we couldn’t deny the fact that it’s essential to have a healthy body. And of course only sports can achieve it.

Voltaire once said that life depends on sports. Sports play an important role in our personal development. To begin with, It goes without saying that taking exercises can build up our physical strength. In collective sports like basketball, volleyball, or football, we will learn the importance of cooperation. While taking part in sports game, we will try our best to win and arouse ourselves the competitive spirit. Secondly, Sports can also help us relax after a period of exhausting work. Last but not least, sports can make us healthy both physically and psychological. Therefore, more and more people spend more time doing sports.

For my part, I like doing sports after a day’s study. It makes me more fit and energetic. it’s not only for our works but also for our dreams So ,Ladies and gentlemen do more sports and give our a chance to fulfill our dream! Thank you !

第二篇:英语演讲作文一篇

Nowadays, our lives are constantly crammed with all kinds of information. With the booming of the information industry, we can’t fail to be presented witha flood of digital messages, but this presents a problem----How to pick up the proper message among all kinds of information surrounding usand how to view the information we’ve already encountered. (as well aswhether we should regard certain informationwith suspicion or trust.)

Sometimes the same information can be described in quite opposite ways. And, considering the fact that we tend to absorb only certain messages, this mightoccur without our awareness. For instance, the Chinese government has spared no effortin preventing certain news from flowing around China. When we read the newspaper, all the news hasactually already been filtered by someone. It is like the government plays the role of a gate keeper controlling the range of information its citizens can access.Another example is that when being exposed to different opinions towards one thing, people are accustomed to pick the one they feel comfortable with or the one that is mostacceptable. But this might just be

one-sided. Like when thinking of nuclear power, what comes to my mind first is the bad influence like the nuclear weapon or the nuclear leak. But actually nuclear power is one of the most valuable resources in the world today because of its high quality.

To sum up, it’sjust like everyone has his or her own filter bubble. And people keep in touch with the world only through their own bubbles. But there are some messages or opinionsoutside our bubbles that can be a bit difficult to access. Therefore, people will only select from the information they see or prefer--which unfortunately can be wrong and ultimatelyresult in severe consequences, such as the wrong perception towards life.

As for how to solve this problem, inmy opinionthe best way is to know more details or other people’s opinions about important information before making conclusions about it in a harsh way. And what’s more important is not tolet your self-consciousness blind your view. For example, recently, although the Chinese media strove to wrap up the news of a great Chinese man’s death, we still knew it through other ways. All we need is to be curious, but not hurried; to have anopen mind, but not stuck in our bubbles. This will finally shorten the distance between the truth and our own perception.

Thanks.
