Yesterday Today And Tomorrow

There are two days in every week about which we should not worry, two days which should be kept free from fear and apprehension.

每个礼拜有两天我们不用去担心，没有恐惧，没有忧愁。

One of these days is Yesterday, with its mistakes and cares, its faults and blunders, its aches and pains. Yesterday has passed forever beyond our control.

其中一天是昨天，有过错误和忧虑、过失和失误、辛酸和痛苦。 昨天已经过去，不再受我们控制。

All the money in the world cannot bring back Yesterday. We cannot undo a single act we performed. we cannot erase a single word we said --- Yesterday is gone!

世界上所有的钱都不能把昨天带回来。我们不能为过去的事反悔， 我们不能擦去我们说过的每一个字，因为，昨天已经过去了。

The other day we should not worry about is Tomorrow with its impossible adversities, its burdens, its large promise and poor performance. Tomorrow is also beyond our immediate control.

另一天我们不用担心的是明天，明天可能有逆境、负担，既有着很大的希望，又有糟糕的表现。明天同样不为我们所控制。

Tomorrow's sun will rise, either in splendor or behind a mask of clouds --- but it will rise. Until it does, we have no stake in Tomorrow, for it is yet unborn.

明天的太阳会升起，不管它是光芒四射还是笼罩着云彩，它一定会升起来。 直到它出现之前，我们对于明天没有如何把握，因为它还没有发生。

This leaves only one day ---- Today. Any man can fight the battles of just one day; it is only when you or I add the burdens of those two awful eternities- Yesterday and Tomorrow---that we break down. It is not the experience of Today that drives man mad ----It is remorse or bitterness for something which happened Yesterday, and the dread of what Tomorrow may bring.

只剩下一天——今天。任何人都只能生活在“今天”； 当你我背负起永远存在的“昨天”和“明天”带来的压力，我们就会被压垮。使一个人发疯的不是今天的遭遇，而是昨天的悲伤或痛苦和对明天的恐惧。

Let us, therefore, live but One Day at a Time! 因此，让我们过好生活中的每一天。

there’s a lack of correct understanding for fate ..

some of students think one's fate is destined when he came to the world. They are always the followers , just step on others footsteps to walk. Of course, senior's experience sometimes can help a lot, but what we really need is not an average life, but some new ideas.

As far as I am concerned, god is equal to everyone . When an opportunity comes, those who complain about their so-called bad fate usually unconsciously let it go. I firmly believe that the fate is clutched on our own hand all the time. If you want to make your destiny change , the key is to be an active hero of your own fate. The story I’m going to tell may convince you.

Last month , my left leg was injured in a basketball game . Meanwhile , my right foot was sprained in a badminton training one week before . When chatting with my parents , they fiercely scolded me and went against me doing sports . In their mind ,sports only add my pain and influence my study .But they never know what sports mean to me , it's not only my interest but a need of my life .After weighing the two sides , I made a plan to balance my study and sports. I spent most energy on subjects at daytime , while trained badminton at night . Honestly speaking , it's really hard to insist , but the eagerness for badminton gives me courage and hope. Finally , I got it . I didn't fall behind of others in study and got the chance to join in the school's badminton team.

I drew a conclusion From my personal experience that, you can be the master of your own fate.that is your life should be written by yourself.

if u wanna be the master of ur own fate,you should be as brave as 马云. whatever difficulties u are faced with,even with an ugly face, with courage,u can make everything happen expectedly.

if u wanna be the master of your own fate ,you should be as inner-directed as XXX. if u wanna be the master of your own fate ,you should be as hard-working as XXX.

Just like a western proverb says,"God always help people who help themselves."Every man is the master of his own fortune. So,don't be hesitated , let's handle our life and change our future right now.
