Good afternoon, distinguished professors. It's really my honor to have the opportunity to join in the interview. Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is A , I am 27 years old, I got my bachelor degree of applied chemistry from Y university in 2010. I also studied western economics by myself during my college life and took part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools on this subject. unfortunately I failed then, but I am not regret for it. Because learning is not only for exams, learning makes me better. With the experience of failure, I will work harder to grasp the opportunity this time. Now let me talk about my home town. heilongjiang province, the winter there is cold and the snow there is heavy, Perhaps it is just the harsh environment to cultivate my strong will. As we all know that daqing is famous for it's oilfield and contribute roughly half of the total oil production to our country. After graduated from school, I was pride to be part of this great project of oil production. As to my job, I am in charge of a position as a

technical program manager in petro-china. My duty is focus on the application of new technique and new mode of production in small scale trail. During the nearly 5 years I work there, I've

been involved in many major programs, some of them obtained favorable result and expanded to the whole oilfield. These works make me gathered the abundant experience of program management. Because of my excellent working performance, I got the title of "outstanding employee of the year" in 2012 and 2013.

Though I currently work smoothly, but I know I've

encountered a bottleneck. On one hand, lack of management knowledge will be the major obstacle on the way of my

progress; on the other hand, my work has become set in stone, it's a stage of diminishing marginal utility for me now. So I think it's time for me to improve my professional knowledge and widen my horizons. I know the MBA program of Renmin
