Good morning, dear professors! It is my pleasure to have this opportunity for this interview. Now please allow me to make a brief introduction.

I am He Zhanwang, 28 years old, born in Tianjin. I graduated from Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology in 2011, majoring in human resource management. In university, I studied hard and won the scholarship for many times.

Generally speaking, I’m optimistic, honest and easy-going. I am also a person with great determination and perseverance. As long as I make a decision, I will try my best to accomplish a task no matter how difficult it is. I don’t give up easily and will always try to find out a way out of difficulties. Well, in my spare time, I like climbing and chess.

Now I am working in Tangshan Jidong Cement Company as a training manager, my main job is to train the staff. With 4 years working experiences, I have deeply understand what I have learned is not enough for my target. So that is the reason why I choose to further my study with MBA. If I am given a chance to study in this university, I will work hard and try to be a successful manager after graduation.

I come from Luoyang，a very beautiful ancient city. my undergraduate period will be accomplished in Chang'an university in July，2004；and now，I am trying my best for obtaining a key to Tongji University.

Generally speaking，I am a hard working student especially do the thing I am interested in. I will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is. When I was sophomore，I found web design very interesting，so I learned it very hard. To weaver a homepage for myself，I stayed with my personal computer

for half a month，and I am the first one in my class who own his homepage. Furthermore，I am a person with great perseverance. During the days preparing for the first
