Hello everyone, my name is Rao Mingyun, I am really happy to be able to take part in the competition. Here I will introduce myself briefly.. Although this is the first time I introduce myself in English, I believe I will have a good performance.. I come from the business college, financial management professional, but I especially like English, feel to read English is fun for me,it is full of charm I think. So whenever and wherever I try to speak English.Remember once I met a few people in the street,I don't know how I came to a "good morning",but they just came a "神经病吧"，and then turned away,left me alone freezing in the wind.

自信及团队精神的英文自我介绍

在等待东南回招聘信息的时间内，我还参加了天津汽车模具的招聘，在吸取了上次的教训以后，以及张欢对我的建议后，我就很从容的看了天汽模的网站，并且简单的准备了一下英语口语自我介绍，以前同校的高年级老乡指点“面试就是——企业吹嘘企业，个人吹嘘个人”，所以再次面试，一共七个人应聘，问我们对天汽模了解多少的时候，我很大胆的对面试的人说“大概了解的一下公司是做什么的，以及目前采用的技术，比如德国的渗氮技术，也有上过你们的网站”，当时面试人的第一反映“你看的很仔细”，在用英语口语作自我介绍的时候，别人都是：我叫什么名字，我在大连理工大学某某系上学，通过四年的学习，我发现work hard就能成功??，而我的介绍至少比起他们能说的上别具一格：

My name is ZhouGuang.I am in Dalian University of Technology.When I fell in an exam,teacher told me that it is not because you are stupid,it is only because you haven"t learn,if you learn it,you can do better than anybody else.So I know how important self-confidence is.And I also know we may often work together with somebody,when working together,we help each other,and we know it is team work.So I always remind myself team work is also important.

面试人听完我的讲话以后，就说：他刚才讲到self-confidence跟team work，你们认为重要吗？其他一起来面试的人，都点头默许。
