《守法公民》观后感
不得不说，《守法公民》是一本非常好看的的电影，跌宕起伏的情节从头至尾都口人心弦。当我看电影的开头的时候，还以为这是一部像《发条橙》一样的暴力电影，但是看下去就发现我错了，在暴力的外表下还包含了主人公不断地像传统司法制度发起挑战。
克莱德·谢尔顿是小镇的一名研发人员，他有着美丽的妻子和可爱的女儿，生活幸福美满。但这一切都被突如其来的灾难所摧毁。某晚，两个暴徒闯入他的家中，妻子和女儿都受到残害。然而虽然证据确凿，但由于司法程序的迂腐和检察官尼克为了保持他的定罪率，和被告达成了协议，最终让首犯达比因证据不足只得到10年徒刑， 这也为后来剧情的发展埋下了伏笔。
至此之后，谢尔顿消失了，达比没有得到应有的惩罚，看似一切都恢复了平静。但，也许是命运的安排，就在10年之后，满怀着巨大仇恨的谢尔顿再次回来了。谢尔顿先是通过互联网换掉了原本给埃姆斯准备的注射死刑的药剂，让他在检察官的注视下痛苦的挣扎直到死去。也正是从这里，谢尔顿开始了他的复仇之路……
纵观整部影片是沉重而满怀仇恨的，男主角在复仇中迷失了自我，不仅剥夺了别人的生命，而且不断的挑战着司法制度。当因为达比而被抓到监狱里时，谢尔顿本有机会逃脱法律的制裁，可是他并没有这么做。相反留在了监狱，给检察官么开出了各种各样的认罪条件，不断的挑衅他们，以达到自己的目的。 也许我们应该从中思考这样一样问题，到底什么是公正？什么是正义？也有人说，公平即正义。是的，在一定程度上是这样的，当有人违反法律后，能得到公正的审判，便是正义的。违法者损害了受害者的正当权益，侵害了他的财产权或者是生命权，就该得到应有的惩罚。但是电影中，达比却没有如此，因为尼克觉得定罪没有胜算，同时也和达比一方达成了协议，女法官也急于定罪而草草了事，在这过程中，应有的公正的司法制度在不断地被践踏着。执法者们忘记了当初他们穿上这身制服时所宣的誓言，公诉人则为了一己之利将维护受害者合法权益的目标抛在了脑后，这无疑是美国整个司法体系的失败。
原本以为电影的结局将是描写谢尔顿复仇成功，即他最后把尼克和他的家人
也一并杀掉。可是并没有，出乎我意料的是，谢尔顿在最后一刻按下了自己制造的炸弹，自己的生命走向了终点，电影也随之结束。仔细一想，如此结局更加发人深省。 我年轻的时候，很想改变这个系统，我想抗争，不惜代价，做到最好，但是这里让一步，那里让一步，最后陷入到这个游戏中。然后我意识到，我想改变的这个系统，却改变了我，尼克曾经这么说过，但是通过这件事情，他重新认识了自己，认识了司法体系，也认识到了该怎样的去生活。
《守法公民》观后感
This film begins with a warm scene , father is operating electronic instruments while his daughter is string bracelets and wife is cooking in the kitchen. What a happy family ! But everything has changed since two robbers Dabby and Army broke into Clyde’home, his wife and daughter are both killed. In order to bring offenders to justice, Clyde ask the law of Philadelphia for help, however, the prosecutor Nick doesn’t realize the justice well , so Clyde decide to deal with it in his own way, not only for his families but also for the corrupt judicial system in Philadelphia. Although the film end up with Clyde’s death, Clyde has reached his final objection, in other words , he is willing to die and maybe this is the best way for him.
In fact, I felt much sympathy for Clyde. Although he use his own way with a little violence to punish the Dabby and other relevant people, he has no other choice. we should realize that violence is not equal to the unjust .To some extent, the function of his behavior is just like the war, as we all known that wars sometimes promote revolutions, for example, China. As the saying goes where there is oppression, there is resistance. If we use word injustice to replace the oppression, we may understand why Clyde wants to destroy the judicial system. If we were Clyde , what we will do, accepting the unfair result reluctantly or doing the same thing like Clyde? Being a law abiding citizen or person against the injustice? The majority of People may choose the former, even Nick who set a record of 96%in the rate of being sentenced, has to compromise with the judicial system. he make a deal with Dabby, turning Dabby into a tainted witness with only 10 years in prison and having Army sentenced to death instead of considering bad sufferings of Clyde truly from the morality ,therefore, the judicial system make a temporary success which is as short as bubbles. After encountering a series of revenges from Clyde and losing a few people’s life including judge in Clyde’s case and his right-hand assistant Sarah, Nick felt frightened for the first time. He know this case can’t be settled in current judicial system, so at the end of this film, he choose to kill Clyde directly after he found the bomb in Capital Building instead of using law to bring Clyde to justice.
What we should know is that we have thoughts and we can thinking that is why we are different from the animals. we should not let unsuitable judicial system restrain ourselves ,after all, it is dead. There is no perfect person in the world, the same as the judicial system. Once the system has lost his duty of maintaining justice and equity, we have rights to amend it rather than persist in it. That’s mean we should balance between law and morality. Actually, everyone in this world has responsibility for law and morality since we are born. we should obey both side of basic principles. Certainly, it is related to the differences between Eastern and Western culture, we use Continental Law while western employ Common Law, the common ground of both is that they all protect citizen’s rights and meanwhile standard behavior of people.
