第二篇：申请旅游签证的单位在职证明样本

以下是申请旅游签证的单位在职证明样本，请根据您的实际情况做修改。在职证明上除了单位LOGO、公司地址邮编电话等信息及领导签字之外，不能有其他中文汉字。

必须公司抬头纸打印，上有公司电话传真地址邮编等信息
