We were in Singapore for two nights en-route to Australia and got the Miramar through British Airways web site. It is in a fairly remote location so you need to get cabs anywhere apart from Clark's Quay which was a 20 minute walk away. Room was of a typical hotel standard, with all necessary amenities, and was nice and quiet. Hotel pool was good but quite difficult to get to and from. Breakfast was not included in our rate, and was acceptable but nothing special. Would not recommend for more than one or two nights.

Location was fantastic. Complimentary regular ferry transport to main ferry pier was terrific, from there the skytrain was easily available. We enjoyed breakfast, again overlooking the river. We had a great time and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok

Me and my girfriend stayed at Phranakorn-Nornlen early and late February, at the beginning and end of our month in Thaialnd, and were not disappointed...

As soon as we arrived, I immediately realised that all the good things mentioned about this hotel were true. I can't describe the feeling of relaxation felt as we wondered through the peaceful garden / dining area to reception, after a very tiring and sweat inducing journey.

The staff were fantastic, incredibly friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble and they all

embraced the concept and spiritual feeling the "hotel" has (I say "hotel" because its unlike any hotel I have stayed in before).

Our rooms were delightfully decorated, with so many little touches, like the relaxation music, organicaly produced shampoo & shower gel in the bathroom, and the quaint little bookshelf. Room a bit on the small side if slightly critical, but this did not take anything out of our stay in the slightest.

Breakfast was an experience in itself, and the two dinners we had in the restaurant were fantastic too. Food choice a bit limited, however cannot fault the food they were serving at all.

Location for us was ideal - only 5 minute walk from nearest Riverboat stop, which we took to the historical part of Bangkok (10-15min journey). The hotel produces a small map (in Thai) which you can give to Taxi & Tuk-Tuk drivers, detailing where the hotel is. I reccomend using this, as on the two

occasions we didn't use it, the driver(s) got lost! Hotel is on the opposite side of Bangkok to the airport, and a fair distance from the more modern part of the city, such as Central Business District, probably 30m-45min taxi journey in traffic.

To summarise, people expecting a 5-star hotel will be disappointed, as it is not. However, if you want a natural, relaxing experience in the heart of the behemoth city that Bangkok is, I doubt it will be beaten. A perfect retreat for tired feet after a days sightseeing.

这里的员工非常好，极其友善，不厌其烦，并且他们都领会到了“酒店”所拥有的含义和神圣的感觉（我说“酒店”是因为它不同于以往我住过的任何酒店）。

房间采用轻松愉悦的装潢，还带有许多小装饰，比如轻音乐、浴室里有机制造的洗发液和沐浴乳以及古雅的小书架。如果稍有批评的话，那就是房间有点儿小，但毫不影响我们的居住。

早餐本身就是一种体验，而在餐厅里吃的其它两餐也相当不错。虽然食物种类的选择有点受限制，但是所提供的食物都无可挑剔。

对于我们来说，这个位置非常理想 – 离内河船站（要游览的曼谷的历史景点，10 – 15 分钟的旅程）只有 5 分钟的路程。 酒店制做了一个小地图（泰国），你可以把它给出租车及嘟嘟车司机，其详细说明了酒店的位置。我建议使用这个地图，因为有两次我们没有使用它，司机迷路了！酒店在曼谷到机场的相反的路上，远离现代都市，比如到商业中心区，大概30 - 45分钟车程。

总的来说，预期五星级酒店的人们将会感到失望，因为它不是。但是，如果你想在巨头都市曼谷的中心地带有一个自然、轻松的体验，我对此表示怀疑将被打破。一天的游览观光之后，对疲惫双脚的一个完美的休憩。

Visited this hotel for the second time this year. For us the location is great the rooms are

comfortable but oh! the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The food is Hal Al so no pork products. If you are a westener or like western foods then for breakfast eg full English or American breakfast then look somewhere else. If you like Asian delights then the food is probably good. I don't think anyone will

starve here although your diet will be strictly limited. The service is also very poor if the restaurant is only half full then the staff have trouble keeping the tables clear of used crockery. Having said all this I think the pros out weigh the cons so have a good holiday and enjoy Singapore

located a 5 min walk from Kamala beach, set in a backdrop of green hills this is a newish property with large rooms and suites. it has a single restaurant serving all meals. there is a small outlet selling daily essentials at supermarket prices. there is a lovely Kids activity centre and a good gym with 24 hr access.

The motel itself was quite nice. Amazing views from the rooftop pool of Malaysia. It was in a good location - only a 25 minute bus ride into Singapore, but far enough out of the city to have that "resort" feel about it. Great restaurants located about a 1 minute walk away.

Considering the cost of staying here for 3 days (over S$600 - and that was the cheap rate on wotif.com!!) ... the staff weren't very friendly or helpful. The beds were hard as rocks. Internet access was charged at S$6 for 15 minutes.

The main "thumbs down" for me was that there was no tour assistance located within the

motel. Considering it was so far out of the city, it would have been a huge bonus if there was someone at the motel who could help organize or even recommend tours to do while in

Singapore. The only assistance we got was "go to this shopping centre and try there". Not very helpful for overseas travellers who only had a very limited time in Singapore.

I'm not in any huge hurry to go back to this motel ... or Singapore itself.

考虑到居住在这里3天的花费（超过新币600元，这还是 wotif.com！上便宜的价格）...工作人员既不友善也不乐于助人。床铺都硬如岩石。互联网还每15分钟收6元新币。

我“大拇指朝下”主要是汽车旅馆不提供旅游援助服务。鉴于离城较远，如果旅馆里有人可以组织或者只是推荐在新加坡的旅游景点及行程， 这也将是一件额外令人高兴的事儿。在这儿我们获得的唯一的帮助就是“去这个购物中心看看吧”。这个建议对于在新加坡时间有限的海外游客来说可不是什么好建议。

我可不愿意再光顾这家旅馆…… 或新加坡。

This brand new resort is first-class. We found it by accident - only originally booking for 3 nights - and then cancelling accommodation in Bang Tao and going back for another 6 nights. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful, the facilities are spot-on - including massage, free internet, DVD and book library. The accommodation is superb - 5 star with stunning views, fabulous food in the resturant. Even the gardening staff were so committed to their work - we watched them every day

taking a leaf off here and there to make sure the whole resort was picture perfect. It's my goal to return regularly as it was the most relaxing holiday I've ever had.

I had stayed in Bangkok many times but never on the river. It is a bit of a trek from the airport but worth it. Large tasteful rooms with a sall kitchenette. More importantly a gorgeous view of the river from the floor to ceiling window and small balcony. The service was top notch. Everyone went the extra mile. The concierge really listened and steered us to what we wanted at the best price, not pushing packages on us. Cute little boat ride to the sky-train. Breakfast, included, was beautiful and delicious. Everyone seemed to really care about the hotel and meeting the customers needs. Perfect!!!!

We stayed at the Ecotel BKK Rm# 403 from 1 May 09 to 5 May 09. Hotel looks new and guest room is very clean. We also like glass shower room but there is no bath tub in the bath room. Aircond was so cool more than enough and could not increase to temperature anymore. Breakfast was perfect especially for Asian people. We like their banana cake very much.

We love shopping and every morning we walked to Indra, Baiyoke, Pratunam, Platinum, BigC, Central World Plaza, Zen, Gaysorn rotately. Nearest BTS Sky Train station Chidlom is a bit far to walk but its ok. On the way, we can drop in Central Chidlom Plaza. We can take BTS to go Sunday Market, there is called Chat Tu Chak. We took the taxi only to go MBK, Royal Palace & Emerald Buddha, Zoo & Crocodile farm and other places. Bangkok is the best place for shopping and we love to purchase from Thai people own shops. Cause they are always smiling and they try to give the best service to the customers whether purchase from them or not.

We are planning to visit again in 2010 and we will definitely stay at the Ecotel Bangkok. Its worth for us to stay at the Ecotel BKK.

我们 09 年5月1 日至5月5日一直住在意可特酒店403号房间。酒店看起来很新，客房也很干净。我们也喜欢玻璃淋浴房，但没有浴缸。 空调如此凉爽，已经足够了，不能再增加温度。早餐很不错，特别是亚洲人会很喜欢。我们非常喜欢这儿的香蕉饼。

我们热爱购物，每天早晨，我们走到因陀罗、彩虹、水门、白金、BigC、中央百货购物中心、禅、盖桑购物中心，再走回去。最近的BTS空中列车站Chidlom走起来有点远，但不要紧。在路上，我们可以顺便逛逛世纪百货公司广场。可以搭乘 BTS 去周日市场，这叫做Chat Tu Chak。我们只有去购物中心 (MBK)、大皇宫和玉佛寺、鳄鱼潭和其他地方时才乘出租车。曼谷是购物的最佳地点，我们喜欢在泰国人自己开的店铺买东西。因为他们总是笑脸迎客，不管买还是不买，他们都努力给顾客提供最好的服务。

我们计划在 2010 年再来一次，也一定会住在曼谷意可特酒店。它值得我们再来。

I liked staying here although the Hotel feels like it's very new and still getting going. I was though genuinely very impressed by the warmth, helpfulness and welcome of the staff throughout my stay for what seems like a new Hotel, so well done to the Hotel management on getting this right and hiring people who seemed to enjoy what they do. The room, while very nice and perfectly comfortable, felt slightly spartan - perhaps it needed magazines, flowers etc, to bring it to life a little. I would also say to save the albeit small difference in paying for a room with a balcony as the balcony can't really be used for anything much and has no furniture on it. There is still a building site next door but this was no problem at all. The pool a couple of times i did use and while small it was relaxing and got lots of sun for central Bangkok. Location was very good too being near both the Skytrain and Metro - big pluses in

congested in Bangkok. There was also plenty of restaurants nearby for eating out in what seems to be a very safe and upmarket area of the city. Had room service which was also good and cheap too. All-in-all i'd say a very good base with very helpful staff and a nice little pool to relax by.
