——环卫工会做好环卫工人的“娘家人”、主心骨

市环卫处工会充分发挥职工与单位沟通的桥梁和纽带作用，积极加强与职工的交流和沟通，及时了解职工的生活和工作情况。无论是职工大病住院、丧葬，还是家庭困难，都会第一时间组织人员前往慰问和探望，并提供力所能及的帮助，从多方面关心职工冷暖，关心职工生活，把组织的温暖和关怀送到他们身边，真正将群众路线落到了实处，促进和谐环卫建设。

20xx年新年伊始，**市环卫处工会已慰问探望病人14人次，单位领导、工会领导和相关工作人员认真询问了病人的病情、术后康复、后续治疗等情况，从多方面关心患病员工的生活，为他们送去关爱，送上全处职工的慰问和祝福，希望他们安心养病、好好休息、尽早康复。并鼓励他们积极面对困难，坚定信心，战胜疾病。

单位和工会领导亲切的话语使患病环卫工人深刻地感受到组织对他们的关爱和温暖。（***）

 

第二篇：慰问信
