注:小子我在整理收集到的法律名言时,无意间发现不少关于律师的法律名言,遂将其整理二十条出来供大家分享。当然,显而易见,不少名言都对律师有一定的讽刺或者批判,不一定就是黄金名言,但不可否认,它也像危机“预言”一样起着一定的告诫意义。正如The lawyer's is a manifold art.——Sir Frederick Pollock(律师是一门多方面的艺术。——弗雷德里克·波洛克爵士)所说,法律是一门多方面的艺术,既然是这样的艺术,那么必然律师这个行业也具有多方面。我们可以批判其足,帮助其不断改进,现实中,我们也已经意识到问题的严峻性(当然,在这些问题中,我倾向于首先建立其必要的法律独立性、真正运用法律武器维护当事人利益),改革必然也势在必行,但不管怎样,我们也必须看到其存在的重要法治价值。
