As the saying goes,Actions speak louder than words. It means that it is our actions but not words that really count. Those who only talk a lot but never takes actions can never achieve their goals.

When I was in middle school, I was fond of playing table tennis. Then I took part in a contest, hoping to be the champion. However, instead of practicing, I just kept repeating my goal. It turned out that I lost the game, which upset me. Looking at my disappointed face, my father told me the saying. After that, I spent a lot of time practicing, which led to my success in the next year.

From this experience, I learn a valuable lesson that if you want to achieve your goal, you must take actions.Only in this way can we get a satisfying result.
