1.Ask for forgiveness, not for permission.

按照英文的习惯,第一例就先从字母“A”开始吧。

对于一个新的想法,如果唯唯诺诺非得等待上司的批准后再去动手验证,可能时间耽误了,更大的问题是,明明是开创性的想法,你的上司并不一定理解和支持。所以,与其请求同意,不如Just do it!如果结果证明你的想法是错误的,那么及时主动请求宽恕,不然就期待老板对你刮目相看的得意时光吧。

不要怕做错,先斩后奏,请求宽恕和特别嘉奖的机会各一半,有勇气、有性格、敢于创造的人应该有点儿冒险精神,敢于为冒险而承担责任。

当然你没想透就冒然去创业,把家里的积蓄都偷偷地花光,血本无归,那就请求你老婆的宽恕吧,从此在家当一辈子奴隶。

创业切忌好大喜功、好高骛远。先摸索着把一壶茶沏好,把一个产品先做好做极致,把钱一分一分地赚进来,把收支打平,再去考虑扩展;别整天搞概念、搞假大空,别幻想去烧开四海之水。
