高二英语教学小结
高二的教学工作已经结束,细细想来也有好多值得记录,值得深思总结的地方。借此机会,概括以下几点,为日后工作方向提供一个参照。
一 . 培养学生探究性学习的能力。在课前要求学生先预习,找出语言点;课后整理总结笔记,并发现重难点。比如在教授“直接引语和间接引语”时,可以让学生看课后的例句,并自己发现直接引语和间接引语的不同点,总结两者之间的转化规律。这样不仅锻炼学生自主学习的能力,也增强了他们的成就感。
二 . 面向全体学生,满足不同的需求,为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。学生在学习中存在智力、兴趣性格、态度、语言基础能力、学习方式等方面的差异,因此在教学中我根据不同学生个体的差异,对他们提出不同的要求。而对优生,我则对他们提高要求,如单词小测的错误率不得超过20%,课后要多做提高题,增加阅读量等。
三. 创造宽松、和谐的气氛 。 在教学过程中,注重与学生沟通,让学生消除对英语学习的恐惧感,只有对英语感兴趣,才能保持英语学习的动力并取得好成绩。刻板的学习,不仅会影响英语学习的效果,适得其反让他们厌恶学习英语。因此创造宽松、和谐的学习氛围有利于英语学习。
四. 建立良好的师生关系,经常和学生一起反思学习过程中的不足,并加以改正。教和学是一对矛盾,作为矛盾双方的教师和学生如何和谐融洽师生关系,对完成教学至关紧要。让学生以不署名的方式给我的教学提意见,下课后要深入学生中询问他们的听课效果,学习情况,以改进自己的教学方法,最大限度的提高教学质量。
这阶段的教学实践让我深刻认识到一名好的教师不仅要有过硬的专业知识,还有有耐心、爱心。要把理论和实践想结合,不断的提高自身素质,多听有经验老师的课,取其精华,并将其运用到自己的教学当中,不断反思自己教学中的不足。而且作为新课改成功
与否的关键性因素,我们教师自身要深刻理解课改精神,把教学与课改目标紧密结合,不断更新观念,与新课程共成长。
