1.自我介绍(self-introduce)

Good afternoon, dear professors;

I am very glad to be here for this interview. First of all, please allow me to express my appreciation for the opportunity that you give me to join this interview. My name is Luo Shufa. Now I am 22 years old. I come from Luoding, a beautiful city in Guangdong Province. I am graduating from Guangdong Ocean University this July ,and majoring in Shipping and Marine engineering ,the port channel direction.

Generally Speaking,I am a hard working student especially do the thing I am interested in.I will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is. when I was sophomore, I found Port coastal engineering very interesting, so I learned it very hard. The character of this major broadened my scope of konwledge and enhanced my learning skills. I think I benefit more from these learing skills than the knowledge ifself. Because in the mordern world ,as you know, knowledge is updating day and night, but if you prosess the ability of "how to learn", then you can keep up with the development of society.

Furthermore,I am a person with great persistence. During the days preparing for this examination,I insisted on running every day, no matter what the weather was like.and just owning to this,I could concentrate on my study and succeeded in the end.

In my spare time ,I like basketball, tennis and chinese chess, also listening to English songs, in order to improve my English .I always believe that one will easily lag behind unless he keeps on learning , especially in this modern competitive society. Of course , if I could have the honor to study here, I promise that I would never fail your expectation . I’ll try my best to study and learn as much as I could, so as to make contributions to the society and our country. Ok, that is all,Thank you very much for your time and attention.

2.考研原因 (reasons for my choice)

I have been deeply attracted by the academic atmosphere when I came here last summer. In my opinion, as one of the most famous university in our country, it provide people with enough room to get further enrichment . This is the first reason.

The second one is I am long for doing research in engineering throughout my life.I suppose this is the most important factor in my decision.

Finally, I think further study is still urgent for me to realize self-value. Life is precious. It is necessary to seize any chance for self-development, especially in this competitive modern world.

In a word, I am looking forward to making a solid foundation for future profession after three years study here.

3.研究生期间你的计划 (plans in the postgraduate study)

If luckily I got the chance to learn here, I will concentrate on the study and research in this filed. Firstly, I will work hard to learn the theoretical knowledge, constructing a solid base for my future work ; Secondly, I would like to do some practical work with the help of the supervisor. If possible, I will go on with my study for doctorate degree.I believe after three years of learning , my dream to be a competent talent will finally come true.

学部英语口语培训活动详情 活动时间：20xx年x月x日—20xx年x月x日

活动地点：一号教学楼各教室，1号报告厅

机电工程学部举办英语口语培训，此次的活动的目的是改变学生对英语的学习态度，提高同学们的英语水平，加深对单词的了解，促进大家的交流，增进同学们之间的友谊，我想这也是我们培训的意义存在。大家在一起用英语交流，互相鼓励，也是提高学生的英语水平及口语运用经验，也能让大家在这次培训中结识到更多志同道合的朋友。

在培训中，我们的学员发挥了积极向上的精神。学员十分刻苦地学习英语语法应用和语言应用，也会十分虚心地请教别人，个别英语比较优秀的同学也会奉献自己的力量，积极帮助其他同学，形成一个和谐愉悦的学习英语的氛围。授课人员因材施教，劳逸结合，同时注意授课方法，灵活变通，将本来枯燥的课程变为有趣的交流沟通，不仅吸引同学们的注意，而且也让学生在笑声中学到更多东西。而工作人员工作也十分到位，分工明细，面对突发状况临危不惧，沉静应对，使整个培训流程十分严谨有序。

英语对许多同学来说是有一定学习难度的，可能个别也会存在抵制情绪，但是通过这次英语培训。让同学们感受到学习英语的乐趣，不仅改变同学们对英语的学习态度，而且也大大加强同学们对英语在日常生活的应用能力。

一,在培训前我们做了以下几项准备：

1、提交培训活动策划书，申请授课和演讲比赛场地，并确定比赛在3月x日于1号报告厅举行。机电工程学部给我们提供了比赛所需的物品及其比赛的奖励。

2、比赛的报名工作：在工作人员的帮助下我们把培训人员的名单收齐到了机电工程学部学生会。

3、报名完成之后，根据培训的报名人数，我们确定了分3班授课的方式，演讲比赛项目的分制统一采用评审打分的方式。

4、做了培训的流程，演讲比赛顺序表，并联系有关人士担任授课，评审，每个人都有其明确的职责。

二，培训中做了如下安排：由XXX担任一班授课，二班XXX,三班XXX 。先进行语法训练，再进行口语训练。

在培训中期的英语讲座做了如下安排：先提交讲座活动策划书，英语讲座流程表和申请讲座场地，并准备各类突发状况的应急准备，再由相关人员邀请英语老师进行英语学习窍门讲座，并组织学员参加。

演讲比赛中做了如下安排：由邀请嘉宾先上台致辞，然后各参赛选手进行抽签决定上场顺序和演讲内容，接着在比赛中先自我介绍，再朗读课文。最后进行即场演讲，最后统计评审分数选出优秀学员，最后与评审合照留念。

最终XXX等5位同学获得“优秀学员”的称号并颁发证书奖品。

通过此次培训活动，改变同学们对学习英语的态度，培养同学们对学习英语的兴趣，加强了同学们的英语水平，促进大家的交流，增进同学们之间的友谊。
