Good morning , honored judges .It is my greatest honor to be here today. I would like to share my English learning and teaching experience with you .

I could remember English has been my favorite since my junior high school. At that time I had a dream that one day my job must be something that connects with English.

After graduating from University, I started my career in teaching English. Only then did I realize the true creed of being an English teacher. Besides teaching a foreign language, an English teacher can also help students learn and understand more about a very different culture. In addition, if knowledge is a bridge to success, then an English teacher must be a bridge for students to learn a foreign language, a bridge to aid students’ communication with foreigners, a bridge to share our Chinese culture with others.

Good morning , Ladies and gentmen It is great honour to speak here . I value this chance of sharing teaching

experience with distinguished teachers very much. To be honest I felt rather nervous. I can

still remember when I made my first speech in college. I ev en couldn't control my breath .

. Because I really didn't know what to say at that time . Well- today, being an English teacher for some years in Zhongxin, I have a strong

sense of responsibility, which always fills me with strength and confidence.

I am very glad to make a speech here in this class! This time, I'd like to talk something about our nature. My topic is Caring for Nature. 非常高兴可以在这里做一次演讲。这次我想谈谈自然。我的话题是关爱自然。

What is nature? It's everything existing in the world, such as plants, animals, earths, rocks, the water and the weather.

什么是自然？它是世间万物，比如植物动物土地岩石水和天气。

Human being depands on the nature. No nature, no life. Thanks to the help of the nature, we live a happy life for a long time. When we realize the use of nature, we begin to gain everything from it. As the time goes by, the water has become dirty, the air has been polluted, forests have been cut over, the number of kinds of animals and plants has become smaller and smaller.

Good morning ,teachers and students. My name is fuxian from songzhuang primary school. the name of my speech is << my simple teaching life>> .It is my greatest honor to be here today. I would like to share my English learning and teaching experience with you .

I studied english educashion at my college. I chose this major just because its tuition was not high at that time. Then half a year before my graduation i came to shandong to be an english teacher. Far away from my hometown. Then i have lived here for 7 years and taught for 7 years too. I love teaching. I love talking to my students.

Good morning,teachers！my name is Guoli,my topic is “I love teaching English”.

Working as a new teacher, maybe there is nothing special in their life. There is no doubt, teachers are worth all respect! Teachers are selfless! They impart knowledge to the students, they offer ways and skills of learning to their students, and they offer their lives with no hesitancy when necessary! So I am proud of being a teacher. I like students, teaching will be my life-time career.

Working as a teacher, maybe there is nothing special in their life. But we have a belief deep within, that is --we must protect our students, keep our children safe, we won’t let any of them get hurt. 甘做园丁 真心育人

各位领导，老师们，大家好！

有人说儿童是一本书，虽然要读懂这本书并非易事， 但要成为一位出色的教师就必须去读它， 并且打算读一辈子。我不是一位多情的诗人，不能用漂亮的诗句去讴歌我的事业，我不是一位睿智的哲人，不能用深遂的哲理去体现我的人生价值。

我只是一个普通的小学教师。有人说，儿童是花木，教师是园丁，园丁悉心照料着花木，但需要尊重它们自然地成长。实际上，儿童比花木要复杂的多，教师的工作比园丁的工作也复杂的多，因为儿童需要我们付出全部的爱。

一、用爱心感动学生

“如果学生是含苞待放的花蕾，我们的职责就是让他们在生活这片温暖的阳光里绚丽绽放”。作为一名教师，对学生的爱不应该有所偏爱，应该一视同仁。对于后进生，我从来就没有放弃他们，任其破罐子破摔，而是给予特别的关爱。有位学生，不听课，不写作业，不听话，欺负同学，几乎所有恶劣的行为在他的身上都有体现，通过了解家庭情况，我了解到他缺乏父母的关怀，同情之余，激起了我一定要帮助他的决心。在一次远足活动中，他的水喝光了，我把我所有的水都留给了他，并时常关心他，帮助他。他对我亲近了许多，也愿意和我说心里话了，学习也渐渐有了起色.
